As much as I can be without it causing a problem for my family or the community. I've been wearing and using diapers 24/7 for about 5 years, my Mommy and I work from home so we can play as much as we like.
We still balance out big / little time, but for the most part at home I'm little. We don't do anything to draw attention to us out in town or act crazy like some, but she does change me in the car if needed while we're out. I spend a lot of time in the nursery playing around, usually always cuddled up in a blanket with a stuffie and paci playing either Vidya or with soft toys. Hope that answers the question.
