My problem with Regression is that it's over done in CYOA's. Why not have the core be that someone forces you into diapers, and the ABDL aspects are determined by the person forcing you into them. For example, if you picked your mother, she would want you to look the part as well as act like a baby, whereas your sister may just want to humiliate you, or your teacher may just want you to pay attention and be a better student. All punishments/clothing/bedroom or whatever would be influenced by the person you pick.
