“P-please Wicke! I’m sorry for making you watch that video!” Rose sputtered. It had been three weeks since she had pranked Wicke by replacing her Pokédex main screen with a custom ordered screen saver. The kind that hypnotized the viewer. The kind that hypnotized the viewer with a certain command. The kind that hypnotized the viewer with a certain very embarrassing command.
Sleepy.
You are becoming very sleepy.
All you want to do is lay down with a teddy bear and a warm bottle of milk.
You feel perfectly fine when you are with your teddy.
There’s nothing embarrassing about acting like a little kid, especially around your friends.
At first it was a rousing success. After all those sleepovers being picked on and teased by Wicke for having a plush Teddiursa, Rose had finally gotten her revenge when she saw her superior carrying around her own toy Stufful. At the time Rose snickered. That was supposed to be the end of it. But it didn’t stop there.
Rose saw less and less of Wicke over the next couple of weeks. Until she showed up at Rose’s door.
“I’m really sorry about all those times I made fun of you.” Wicke could barely raise her eyes from her feet. “I didn’t mean to make you upset. I just didn’t understand why you liked your toy so much.”
Rose was shocked. Some minor revenge on Wicke was good enough, but to have her actually apologize? That was the icing on the cake!
“Umm… Thanks Wicke but it’s really not that big of a deal”
“But it’s okay! Because I understand now! Look!”
And that was the last thing Rose remembered before waking up in a crib, with Teddiursa, in a diaper. Rose’s heart nearly jumped out of her chest. What was going on? She tried to stand up, but felt so clumsy for some reason? Then a voice echoed in the back of her mind.
There’s nothing embarrassing about acting like a little kid, especially around your friends.
Oh no. The video! Wicke must have shown her the video! It wasn’t supposed to go this far though? She reached down to try to tear off the diaper before realizing that her hands were trapped in mitts. As she fumbled with the tapes, a soft hand rubbed across her face.
“Morning sleepyhead”
It was Wicke standing there in her very own diaper.
“Wicke!” Rose choked out. Her voice nearly breaking with panic “What did you do?!”
“I just wanted you to feel more comfortable! Like me!” Wicke smiled an innocent smile. “I knew you loved your Teddiursa so much and were just scared to let other people know. But see? I understand! I understand why you like it! I understand why you like to be like a little kid! Because I do too!”
Wicke rubbed the front of Rose’s diaper. Rose wanted to recoil, but she was too stunned.
“Good job sweety! You’re still dry after that nap.”
Rose was dumbfounded.
“Wicke please take this off me! I don’t want to be a baby!”
Wicke cocked her head slightly and furrowed her brow before cooing gently.
“Awww… Rosie it’s okay. You don’t have to be embarrassed around me. I saw that video you had put on my Pokédex by accident. I know you want to be a little kid with someone to take care of you. That’s why I changed it. I made it so that I get to be your mommy!” Wicke said as she pulled Rose into a tight hug. Rose could feel her diaper crinkle against her butt. It was so thick she could hardly close her legs. “All you have to do is relax and let me take care of you. I’ve been practicing my diaper changing skills lots!”
“But I don’t need a diaper change!” Rose protested. “I need you to let me-omph!” *Click*
Rose’s tongue swirled around the pacifier in her mouth. No matter how she tried to position it, the pacifier parted her teeth leaving her with no choice but to suck it and stew in how she had fallen this low.
“Maybe not now sweety, but you will. I know that one of the main duties of mommies is to change their baby’s dirty diapers. That’s why when I changed the video, I made you forget how to use the potty. Don’t worry though. I have plenty of replacements right here for you.” Wicke said as she revealed what looked like an oversized diaper bag. “All you have to do is relax and let me take care of everything.”
Rose’s stomach sank. How did it come to this? All she wanted was for Wicke to stop teasing her! It wasn’t fair! It wasn’t fair! It wasn’t fair! Tears began to well up in her eyes as Rose sank to the floor of the crib. She began to feel a long-forgotten sensation between her legs. A kind of warmth she hoped she would never have to feel again. She looked up through her tears at Wicke, her best friend, her mommy.
“Don’t worry Rosie. I have a change for you right here.”
And Rose knew it was going to be the first of many.

TBH I don't mind short stories tied to a picture.
For this one perhaps an unexpected reaction to a special variant of a metroid larva leave Samus with increasingly, rapidly declining continence until eventually her superiors insist she "wear some protection".
As her control gets worse and worse she eventually gets thrown in the nursery "to relearn her training from the start" even though it's unlikely she'll be able to. No mental regression for this one just diaper dependence and forced babying.
