I first realized this about me years ago. I generally couldn't give a damn about the custom AB clothes models wore on sites like ABS or whatever.
But then, I forget which site it was, had a model wearing a school uniform, a pullup, and a training bra. Something about that clicked.
When I ended up in a relationship with someone who can and occasionally does buy out of the kids section, it only escalated. Some girls' day-of-the-week undies are almost as good for me as a diaper.
Which, again, is preferentially Goodnites, junior-size tape diapers, or similar. It's like, the oldest you can possibly be in diapers meant for kids is the target for the paraphernalia.
The whole specific regression fantasy ends up really complicated as a result because it's like, adult woman who is small enough for kids' clothes ends up wetting the bed/having accidents and needs protection "just in case". Like if she were ageplaying, somewhere in the teens but kinda immature and her mom still buys her clothes and she still has a teddy bear and then all this other stuff goes down so needs absorbent underwear.
In my head I've dubbed it "passive regression." Things like Daring Diane's the Flower Girl or Allerted's Wet American Summer. Where someone who is way too old to have someone tell them what to do still ends up put into diapers in spite of themselves. They don't magically regress to a toddler. They just behave immaturely by wetting themselves/etc. and are treated immaturely as a result. And whether they agree to it immediately or not, the result is diapers.
Random aside, 18Eighteen is a good source for non-diaper stuff in this regard. Lots of juvenile rolepay scenarios in the photoshoots and lots of girls' brief undies/junior bras/etc.
Also, Thanks to the obesity epidemic, you might not need to find yourself a super-tiny girl. Walmart sells size 18 girls' panties that will fit any normal sized adult, and Goodnites just upped their XL to 140+. Even my thicc-ass ex could fit into that.
