I would call the next new fiat money in this civilization is the new international old ancient natural resources currency.
That is the must in order to allow each national government have power to print endless domestic fiat money paper within their country.
The features of new international old ancient natural resources currency:
– It will be handled and managed by the world military, global community (who do not in favor of any particular nations but only the human race overall).
– Who have power to “issue” that old ancient natural resources currency?
The people, the public people.
But how?
All old out-of-circulation bank notes will be the requirement such as Zimbabwe ZWR, Yugoslavia, Dinar, etc. (all old fiat currencies last 100 years are allowed)
They are the fiat money but limited because the amount of old out-of-circulation bank notes are limited.
Exchange rate formula will be fixed but flexible.
The higher moral of the currency holder, the more he/she will be received.
Based on what metric?
Well it is up to each people level of enlightenment.
If I was in charge for the full process then several questions like an exam will be taken place.
The reason I call it as the old ancient natural resources currency is because natural resources such as gold, silver, oil, gas, etc. cannot be made within few years but from many hundreds, thousands years.
