So let me just start with pointing out that necromancy is the reawakening of corpses and I'm an avid necromancer that plans on turning a little army of mine into living dead. The necromanty of powerful souls is the most pleasing. Especially if the souls go to waste elsehow. It's the only logical solution apart from keeping them dead as immovable corpses. You can ask me anything. I plan on turning strong souls into undead. Famous people are the best for that especially since their corpses have more value moving when manipulating the masses. This is a female subject practicing necromancy while I'm male and therefore have stronger powers because my bond to the underworld is tighter.

How immediate is it? can you reconstitute the physical body afterwards? at what rate can you self-reanimate repeatedly? can you relocate deliberately and intently upon reanimation?

Reanimating corpses ins physically impossible. If there's any merit in necromancy as a metaphysical practice then it's "at best" calling incorporeal spirits back to the physical world or at worst just consulting the dead for divination purposes as described by almost all traditional sources AND ITS VERY ETYMOLOGY! If you want reanimated carcasses I'd suggest you follow the Frankenstein approach with science and shit.

I already have a model for a fungi-inspired organic-nanite that can replicate inside a corpse and rebuild the organs to operate as it's macro-scopic presentation.

using my specialized micro-surgeons to rebuild the flesh and then reanimate them fully with necromancy is my goal.

before that though we need a stable inter-solar network of stations and bridges to transit the populace abroad.

using the orbital elevators to construct a ring around the planet to anchor their second points to would allow us to build a very real space-port for fully void-faring spaceships.

doing these will solve all material want dramatically and narrow humanity towards self-improvement or self-expression.
