>start to feel cool spots in the middle of forehead

>gently breathe into them as instructed

>they start to cluster together

>entire body starts tingling

>pressure I didn't even know I had leaves my forehead

>start to become afraid I'm having a stroke or something

>relax into the anxious thought and let it run its course

>tingling fades

>left with a fresh feeling in the middle of my forehead.

>more relaxed and aware than I've ever felt before

Does anyone have any insights into this? For the first time since I started meditating 4 years ago, I feel somewhat out of my depth. If anyone has any thoughts on where to go from here, I would be greatly appreciative.

Good job anon, your dedication and persistence are paying off. these are level up experiences, initiations if you will (there is no intiation without overcoming fear). That feeling will begin to become integrated into your regualr everyday consciousness. the next happening, may be seeing a translucent dot in your field of vision and a wet, drip like feel from your ajna during the day, this is integration. This too levels out.
