>pressure I didn't even know I had leaves my forehead
>start to become afraid I'm having a stroke or something
>relax into the anxious thought and let it run its course
>tingling fades
>left with a fresh feeling in the middle of my forehead.

Does anyone have any insights into this? For the first time since I started meditating 4 years ago, I feel somewhat out of my depth. If anyone has any thoughts on where to go from here, I would be greatly appreciative.
