Ongoing Experiments in the Field of Anti-Matter Weapons Research and the Hotan Event:
According to public sources, after briefly researching the concept of anti-matter as a triggering mechanism for fusion-based (thermonuclear) devices, the U.S. Air Force ceased its research into the concept 10 years ago, and nothing has been reported on the topic since. The news of this research came on the heels of a number of breakthroughs, including the ability to stabilize anti-matter for 17 minutes. The public accepted the news of the ceasing of this research as a fact and moved on.
I believe the public deserves to be aware of a few facts that they don’t currently have at their disposal. The first is that anti-matter research is alive and well, and continues to this day. After years of experimentation, the Air Force, in cooperation with Lawrence-Livermore National Laboratories, has developed containment “pods” that can permanently stabilize small quantities of anti-matter (about 300 atoms.) The second is that while American research was halted when it was determined that storing very large quantities posed the risk of a Mass Extinction Event; a likely outcome when considering the fragility of the containment pods.
The third fact probably deserves its own novel, but I must keep this brief. The U.S. has a functioning technological mechanism for the sending and receiving of messages through the dimension of “time.” It is located somewhere in New Mexico, but not at any of the major laboratories you may be familiar with. It functions by emitting and detecting slightly greasy neutrinos in an ultra-cold environment approximately 1,500 feet BGL, where it is shielded from most naturally occurring neutrinos.
The fourth is that this device has provided us with intelligence indicating that a massive explosion will occur some time in the year 2020 near the Southwestern China city of Hotan. Where the Americans discontinued their research, the Chinese have clearly continued endeavoring to contain increasingly large quantities of anti-matter. This can only lead to disaster. The nature of temporal mechanics dictates that the future and past are always in a state of flux, and that even armed with intelligence from the future, nothing is ever completely certain. That being the case, we have narrowed the range of what we call the Hotan Event to between August and October of 2020. While the projected date of the event seems to swing wildly, the estimated magnitude remains mostly consistent. The destructive force is estimated to be the equivalent of 3 Billion tons of TNT. Seismic waves could be felt around the world, and it is not yet clear the degree of environmental devastation except to say that as of 2022, the haze that blanketed the Earth will have begun to dissipate. More were killed in the famines that followed due to the “nuclear winter” effect than in the explosion. Southwestern China and significant portions of Pakistan and India are said to be a “crater.”
The People’s Republic of China does not acknowledge its anti-matter program, so no treaty exists governing this topic between the U.S. and China. There is nothing you can do to prevent this disaster as the American government is already doing all it can to encourage the Chinese to discontinue this reckless research. However, you can protect yourself by stocking up on non-perishable food and cold-weather gear. This will not be the end of the human race, not by a long shot, but the ramifications of Hotan will be great. China, once considered a rival of the United States, will suffer a deep economic depression, as will many countries. The UN will expel China for its recklessness and China will revert to “Third World” status, and will be forced to surrender its nuclear arsenal and dismantle its military.
Try to save as much money as you can and prepare yourself for Hotan. If you choose not to stock up on non-perishables pre-Hotan, you will still have time to do so in the months afterward, just bear in mind that everyone else will be doing the same thing, and prices will be somewhat higher, but still not nearly as high as they will eventually reach.
