If you want to have the “correct” policies to “help” others, you must listen and follow the best leader on the field because you have zillions ideology of life from billions people on this planet in this world.
The only way to find out who you should listen to is via real contest/competition about human life knowledge wisdom either via secret or public manner. But even then, it does not guaranteed the best players/beings will appear and help this world.
Why?
Because many smart people do not give a fuk about others since they have no interested/desire or little connection.
If you can self supply everything for yourself in the mountain and jungle, what is the point, the motivation for you to help the people in big cities ?!
If you have read the story/novel of many “master” in the far East Asia, many are living nearly the Himalaya mountain with Godlike abilities but have very little interfere with the rest.
If you boss, your group, your secret societies do not want to have real contest/competition about knowledge wisdom of life with others, the only reason is they are too stupid too corrupt and don’t want to change the world for the better, they only want to “toy” and destroy the rest.
All kind of fake pandemic fake weapon war like you seen for the last 2 years cannot solve anything because it is does not produce any solution or any hope ?!

Even if natural disaster appear tomorrow, they will say it is “god will” rather than take self responsibility !
