Potem luźna pogadanka godzinę z przyszłym managerem, wydaje mi się, że bardziej, żeby zobaczyć czy kandydat nie jest toksyczny. A widoczną po mojej stronie rolą HRu było tylko zadzwonić i umówić mnie na tę rozmowę z managerem i wysłać maila powitalnego w firmie.
