Nie, to tak nie działa. Pomieszkiwałem trochę w polaczkowie i na zachodzie i podejście do używek jest zgoła inne. Tutaj czasy PRLu gdzie wszyscy chlali na umór przetrwały praktycznie wyłącznie w najbardziej patusiarskich dzielnicach i w małych wioskach i miasteczkach na wypizdowiu. Alkohol już nie jest czymś fajnym i romantycznym. Jest kasta ludzi tutaj która chleje ciągle (robole, menele) + ci którzy piją często ale ewentualnie wychodzą z tego (młodzież, studenciaki) ale dla większości alkohol już przestał być receptą na rozwiązanie wszystkich swoich problemów. Narkotyki stały się niestety bardziej popularne, chociaż też tylko część (polaczków na sporo stuffu po prostu nie stać). Na zachodzie całe jebane pokolenie urodzone w latach dziewięćdziesiątych i później to chlejusy i ćpuny i jest to powszechnie akceptowalne jako fajne, nowe i progresywne. Tutaj chlanie często postrzegane jest jako wstydliwy sekret albo powód żeby wykluczyć kogoś ze społeczeństwa (plus całą jego najbliższą rodzinę).
