No tak, tylko chuj mi z tego, skoro nie jestem bodybuilderem jak ci goście z opa? Mieszkam z typem który koksi na siłce i rzeczywiście jest zbudowany mega. Mi to psu na budę- ja trenuję ogólnorozwojówkę, mobilność, kondycję tlenową i beztlenową- takie rzeczy. Wyglądam jak Janusz nosacz (dziękuję pan gen), ale brykam na nóżkach jak sarenka i chwyt mam taki, że wykręcam nadgarstki jak kurwa imadło.
Tak samo mam kumpla który nakurwia gdzieś po górach, profesjonalnie robi MtB (gdzieś jakieś wycieczki przez Alpy na kiju), ale gość jest chudy jak szczapa- nie widać by cokolwiek ćwiczył, jeśli nie umiesz się przypatrzeć.
Anony chyba nie rozumieją, że trenować można różne rzeczy z różnym efektem, bodybuilding to jest tylko jedna z opcji.
