Currently only way to obtain working fully automatic firearm in Poland is via training permit. They also can be purchased for protection of persons and property (hard to get) and historical re-enactment purposes (only blank-firing ones).

A few automatic firearms permits have been issued for collection purposes after 2011 however in 2018 Supreme Administrative Court ruled than they are dangerous weapons and cannot be issued for collectors despite law allowing it de iure.

De iure full-auto is available for business regarding firearms training and besides that general rule determines that it is impossible to issue permit for then BESIDES full auto guns firing blanks for reenactment AND rifles chambered for calibres from 5,45 mm to 7,62 mm for personal and property security (business related, not to be confused with personal defence type permit)
