Since the ps5 is going to offer ps1+2-3 cloud backwards compatibility, i might be better off getting a new PS3 since mine bricked back in 2013. Got any sites i get buy out a mint condition gaystation 3?

You can't, at least the 60GB version. I had to pay like $800 for a used PS3 like a month after they stopped making them.

Nowhere, specially not one that is BC with PS2 games. Just buy an used slim PS3 and a fat PS2 off a randown pawshop/goodwill/cash converter.

You're fucking retarded then, i paid $100 for mine (a 21XX 320GB slim model) right after the PS4 released, came with the box, all cables, two controllers and official component cables that i still use on my PS2. Even today it shouldn't cost more than $150, and that's for a CFW ready console, the super slim is even cheaper. The fat isn't worth it, it'll die in a year unless you delid, apply new thermal paste and replace the 21 NEC capacitors, might as well just skip that shit and buy both a PS2 and a PS3.

I got my ps3 slim back in 2010, and still going fine 10 years later.

I replaced the hard drive myself about 2 years ago after it went bad. Overall, the ps3 is the best console I've ever owned.
