>does a really good job emulating the shows style (just like Stick of Truth)
it would have done a better job if it still ran on Maya Game Engine like Stick of Truth did. There's no visual effects that would require anything newer, yet they insisted on putting it on something that runs like a sloth
<an unironic speech about gender identity right at the beginning of the game without a single joke slipped in
listen carefully to the music that plays in the background
<the San Francisco developers must have had a heavy fucking hand in some of the writing
they did. And yet, Matt and Trey clearly one-upped them in a few places without anyone noticing. Like the psychic bit between the Coon and Professor Timothy: "He raped me! He raped me in my mind!"
as a game, I have two major complaints:
the microaggression minigame. If PC Principal lauded the player's success in taking advantage of the free hit instead of prompting it, it'd play out better
the bosses. The real time timer was clearly supposed to add tension but it's far too fast. You don't have to think fast, but rather skip thinking at all sometimes.
I'd like to draw up a comparison between Scott Malkinson's Captain Diabetes and the video game Captain Novolin (SNES). Both are diabetes-themed superheroes, but Captain Diabetes isn't a tremendous faggot and I would totally read that book
