Darkest Dungeon has an entire system built around people becoming stressed that can lead to them having a variety of nervous breakdowns, if that counts.
In medieval 2 it was possible for generals to go batshit crazy, lowering their stats and making them give insane speeches in battles. There were some other ones that were about the general being violently angry all the time, depressed, alcoholic, and I wanna say there was one that implied they were autistic or assburgers.

Also, it's probably cheating to use this example, but all the Batman: Arkham games. They literally take place in an insane asylum.
Crash Bandicoot is literally retarded because the Cortex Vortex didn't work right on him. All the other mutant animals turned out fine and got human intelligence, including Crash's younger sister, who is seemingly his caretaker, the Tom Cruise to his Rain Man. The exception is Ripper Roo, who was literally the first test subject, and not even close to a success. He exists as a dark reflection of what Crash could be if not for his innate good nature.

She would be quiet in another room and I'd hear her break out laughing, and I knew what was happening. That manga makes it look cuter than it actually is - it was complete hell. She never would let anybody help her, instead preferring to try and drag everyone down with her.

I was really hoping the twist behind Control was there there was only one Faden kid in the Ordinary incident and was then split into sister Jesse and brother Dylan upon discovering "Polaris". Polaris could have been its own entity or some sort of residual connection Jesse had with Dylan resulting in powers manifesting in that game. Near the end of the game Dylan remarks how both their names are unisex and that "they used to always be together", so one of them could have been a schizophrenic manifestation.
But it wasn't anything like that in the end. Too bad. I wish they rendered the Not-Mother incident
