"Labor" could mean anything from corrupt union funding to paying contractors for government projects. The program that's actually called "Social Security" gives fuckall; a shitload of minority-focused programs exist, but are not specified in the images. I've read a couple of "reviews" where combat pilots who got a chance to try out the F-35 talk about how it legitimately is an actual game-changer in the field of air warfare, insofar as it is nearly invisible to radar at all times and its energy management/generation is completely, 100% out of line with its size and shape (this is a good thing).

I googled for the reviews but can't find them anymore, but maybe you've got better google fu than I do, but what I came away from those reviews with was "if they can stop it from falling apart, killing its pilot or crashing it might be the next word in aircraft". The one review that really sticks out to me was I think a Norwegian pilot who was genuinely shocked at its energy profile specifically; it might actually bring back the era of the dogfight because the maneuvers it can pull off should be impossible.
