She's way too open about her feelings and HER emotions. What about Irvine's, Zell's, Seifer's, Quistis's and Selphie's feelings?
She also shoots her dog like a fucking rocket launcher with total disregard of it's safety.

Also Rinoa's character was really defined by her role in the story as the eventual love interest of the hero they just tried to make her more important by making her a sorceress, and if it wasn't for that part, I find it really hard for her to have as much face time in the game as she did.

Sounds like you gave zero evidence to back up your claims you dumb faggot. 6 and 7 made the series really strong until they decided that 8 would kill it. 6 was the last real installment to use pixels and yet still create a wide cast of characters and create a villain that is still referred to this day as one of the most iconic. 7 did the exact same thing when transitioning over to 3d. Made iconic characters, carry a soundtrack that is loved and recognized by all, a word that seemed so expansive that every play through you always found something new (6 had this as well) and another fucking villain that is so iconic that is easily recognized to this day.
You know what 8 had? It had some retarded convoluted plot that no one really made sense of, it had a terrible combat system that was either cast spells and lose stats or ignore an entire part of the combat system in order to maximize your stats, characters that are practically uneventful and non charismatic with no real traits to identify them with and frankly the game was just a fucking mess. Music was unimpressive, weapons were just either plain or flat out stupid, and a story that if followed made people wonder why payment was given for the script. Im also going to rub salt in the wounds for a mini game that was so terribly executed that not even the japanese manga writers would incorporate this game into their cardgame hells.
Ill break this down for you. Imagine FF as a lighter. First light, its bright. It stays so fucking strong then after the 7th light it goes out. It continues to sputter barely giving anything on the 8th light and then after shaking it around a bit you get the 9th. Not the best light but it uses up what it had left in its tank. Then its empty from the 10th light and so on. Its spent. This is the creativity of Final Fantasy. The series is dead and there is nothing more you can do with it. Granblue has old FF creators working on it and funny enough a mobile game has better music and artistic design than the new shitty FF. Really, part of the game is you pushing a god damn car while you look like a japanese male soapland actor? Get the fuck off of it already.

Lightning was ironically enjoyable in that she seemed to hate final fantasy 13 as much as I did. Between Snow and Vanille she wasn't even the worst character in that game let alone the whole series or in all of video games.

I don't really play a lot of games with stories. Mostly racing games. Used to play some mario back in the days but sunshine was my last mario game, never even touched the galaxy series. The game cube and 360 where my last consoles. Not playing a lot of games lately but some anon recommended me Warhammer: Vermintide 2 so I got myself a copy of that a few months ago. And yes, I do realize that the characters in that game are very one dimensional too.
