If you want to really get your English up to snuff, you need to be speaking it with a native speaker who is willing to correct you every single day. The absolute only way to truly master a foreign language is years of constant practice.
You are far better off just getting an editor. Find somebody who will edit your dialogue for you who is native in the language. There is nothing wrong with wanting to do it all yourself, but if your want to be putting out good work soon, you should work with somebody who can do the part that you can't. You might have to pay somebody, depending on where you want to go with it.
Alternately, you can post your work publicly asking for dialog corrections, and then incorporate the good ones.

I had this idea for a comic.
I drew a very rudimentary sketch of it.
Basically, it's a woman and a Doctor in a hospital room with an EKG. You can't see the patient.
In the first panel, the woman is looking at the patient in bed, worryingly. The doctor is looking at his clipboard, His expression is supposed to be bored.
In the next panel, the EKG flatlines, which alerts the woman, causing her to look at it.
the following panel, she then looks at the doctor, tears swelling in the her eyes. He finally bothers to look at her, still bored.
In the final panel he asks her if she's "tried turning it off and on again". I only wrote the sentence since I can't draw and didn't have any space left.
