IGG is now trying to give himself plausible deniability by claiming that GOD was too small for him to care and if he wanted to fuck someone over he'd go after bigger fish. The problem is that this (the part about GOD being small) is not true at all. Considering the uproar that the GOD shutdown seems to be raising on the web (every major piracy, torrenting and even some tech sites are reporting it, and Reddit is completely freaking out), it's now obvious that a fuckton of people used the site and it was probably driving traffic away from IGG.

Welp, now the web cached pages for the gog games area aren't working anymore - all download links are encrypted on all web caching services I've tried (Google, Yandex, archive.org).
