considering who made it and what it was made for, it's probably really locked down. If you want a "copy" of the game as part of some departmental training I'm sure it costs a rediculous sum of money, but it's all billed to the taxpayer so who cares. They charge a couple hundred thousand bucks and you get 10 workstations, a server, and enough copies of the "game" to install on every workstation. Then the company sends out some retards to set it all up and help you figure out how to get it working.
Even if someone were to "leak" the program files it'd probably be useless until some generous anon set up a private server and got around all their DRM. But, this is a pretty major undertaking since it's a DHS thing and not many people want to tangle with that sort of shit. Even players risk going to federal PMITA prison over this.
I'm sure it'll leak eventually and maybe some euro-friends can play it. I'm going to stay away though, it's not worth it for what it probably a really mediocre shooter. It's not some wooden, one room School House in the woods, m8, it's still a decent sized campus with enough kids for you to get used to the game as a kind of tutorial/introductory level. Say there'd be like 300 kids total, you gotta kill 50. Easy if you time your attack during an assembly or during a passing period. Bonus points if you meet the quota before the police arrive.
It then ramps up from there.
Also thought of a cool way to set up each mission

Can Source SDK use Left 4 Dead assets? I think the zombie hoard mechanics would work perfectly, only they are running away from you instead of towards you. Maybe have a handful charge you and attack like the Chad football team. As for cops, you could use counter strike bots since Source Engine allows things to be copied into your mod.
