It involves a lot of shady syndicate style operations, most of which is already set in place. Ever notice how near all US game development is done in the bay area of California? This is part of a predatory practice to endebt, fuck you firefox that's a real word, the employees to keep them dependent on you and less likely to act obstinate. These same companies spend lots of money to weasel their way into local offices, both for legal kickbacks and for the ability to indirectly influence things like the housing market, tax rates and what have you.
It would be incredibly easy for them to, at the point they are now, to try and introduce some seemingly harmless local initiative to require any studio that wants government money or tax cuts to be "certified" by some niggertrannyfaggot "non-profit" organization like the one in OP, which as anyone with a brain knows is owned and operated by people working in cahoots with the ones pushing for the change causing a conflict of interest. This would lead to them effectively having not only an iron grip on any large development studios in the area but also small one man teams looking to get some government benefits for their work. Just complete kike scumbag behavior not much unlike how Hollywood treats anyone on set.
