Paper Mario can barely get representation as it is. In its current state where there are more questionable/bad games than there are good ones (I never liked any of them but hey, that's not the argument), it's far more likely that Fawful or especially Geno would be used as RPG representation. Barring Geno, I think Fawful is more likely, especially since he appeared in all three of the original three Mario and Luigi games.

Taking a Playstation controller for example (which, as a sidenote, I think are too fucking small but neither here nor there), I hold my thumbtip on square, the middle of my thumb on X and can quickly turn my tip to triangle or the middle to circle. I can't do that with a GC controller. I would keep it on Y and A but could never turn it to B naturally. That, and the D-pad is small as shit, but that's far less of a complaint now. It's funny you mention that. I just got my Switch recently and went out and got a Pro Controller with it, and so far I'm pretty underwhelmed. Everything about it just feels "adequate". It's just an Xbox One controller with better build quality and worse triggers. If it had Microsoft branding on it no one would be able to tell it was a Nintendo product at all. Nintendo had something going for them with the GameCube controller's ergonomics and design, but they squandered it by adopting a more boring, standardized layout. The GameCube controller had analog triggers, yet their Xbox copycat controller doesn't? It just further highlights how far downhill Nintendo has gone since the Wii. It's still sad how nothing has topped GameCube's control stick either.

As for button layout, yes it's shit for most 3rd-party games, but for games designed with it in mind it's way more comfy. Most games have a primary action that you do constantly, followed by other secondary actions. That's why Metroid Prime mapped shoot to the A button when it was B in all the other Metroid games, since the GCN controller was designed around maximum comfort when playing games that were designed for it. It's still the best controller for 3D platformers and action adventures just due to that.

Well for one, the dude uses professional methods to get the print jobs done, plus there's never-before-seen artwork of Battlefield all stretched-out, as if taken by a 360-degree camera.

What's more, people have been stumbling over Marina and not looking at AVS(?), who has been silent this whole time. The french fry WORKED for Marina 2 years ago, but his most recent job was with the other one.

He was also shown working with never-before seen promotional art for the Illumation Grinch movie. Something about seeing all of he Grinch's backside, plus his dog/reindeer. Googling it didn't bring up anything at the time, but it might be there now.

So in the evidence court for Isaac, there's at least three things that hint him at being confirmed. The first was a screenshot on the Japanese Smash site where Link, Marth and Shulk were facing Rathalos. What's peculiar about it was that it was angled similarly to how Golden Sun rendered battles. Of course, no one took it as seriously before now.

Then there was the odd phrasing Sakurai used for the September Direct. He claims they had to redo the script after the Hokkaido earthquake. Normally it makes sense to reschedule the Direct when a natural disaster occurs, but it's odd that they had to redo the script, too. Some speculate Isaac was going to show up with Isabelle.

The final piece of Isaac evidence refers to the mystery sprout item seen during the Wendy's College Tour. It looks exactly like a sapling found in Golden Sun, with which one could use the Growth Psynergy on to make a climbable vine. Others thing it related to the Healing Field item, since it wears insignia that looks like the same sprout.

As for Mach Rider's inclusion, Sakurai recently purchased a Vifam model toy that has similar colors to her bodysuit. He claims he needed it for work, possibly to use the rifle as reference.

SK and Shantae have a lot in common, both were popular on the ballot but a key difference is that SK wasnt translated to Japanese during ballot time, meaning he likely got no votes there.

A DLC character could get half of the entire dev team dedicated to them, the rest dedicated to patches of the existing game. But right now, they're working on ALL the characters, or at the very least the ones that weren't available in E3 builds and adding touches to ones that were there. Even then, Mewtwo was announced before the game launched, and these characters were most likely planned out far earlier, while the game was still being made. Do you really think they decided to have DLC characters AFTER they launched?

Nintendo seems to have wildly different DLC strategies for each game almost like they let the devs think of ways to handle the DLC. Splatoon 1 + 2 got lots of free content and then 2 got an expansion, ARMS got free updates too because they were just repeating how they handled Splatoon with that game, Fire Emblem goes full blown jew and will charge for anything they can think of, Mario Kart got half the amount of the base games tracks list for about half the price of the game, Zelda got typical season pass where you preorder dlc when you didn't really know what it would contain, Odyssey got minor free updates and no DLC in sight whereas Smash 4 got characters and cosmetics all sold separately.

As an NES game, its graphical quality did in fact inspire a lot of the industry at the time, and among lists of best NES games it's almost always present, isn't it? Additionally, we do not yet have a character that can reliably hit down through platforms or freely climb up and down walls and/or on ceilings.
