Money talks and bullshit walks, and while Soyny may not care about losing sales from a bunch of angry weebs, XSEED, and by extension Marvelous/Tamasoft, certainly will. XSEED can relay the message along to Marvelous, and Marvelous can then possibly relay the situation to SCEJ who can hopefully knock some sense into the faggots at SCEA/SCEE.
While we're at it, we should see if we can get pqube and D3 to come up to bat for them as well, since they suffered even worse. PlayAsia and KoeiTemco might be able to be convinced to throw their hats in the ring as well, as a secondary angle to push for English Asian releases. Hell, even the dev for Super Seducer might be worth trying to get involved. (Don't forget that OLZ wasn't the first game to get axed by Soyny for these kind of reasons. Super Seducer was.)
The goal to aim for here is to delay the process and buy time to try and leverage the Japanese developers to get SCEJ to force SCEA/SCEE to stop being retarded.
Also, remember OP Torrential Downpour and OP Timber and what made it so successful in getting rid of some of Nintendo's poz? If we want to stop Soyny from ruining our weeb games, we need to give them the same treatment that we did with memehouse's faggotry. We need to highlight Soyny's retarded decisions and present them in a manner that makes a sizable enough portion of their consumer base hate them for it and start echoing our anger.
Some stuff we've aleady made isn't bad. But it might be better to emphasize the fact that these decisions are hurting smaller game companies financially. "Sony is fucking with smaller developers" is a much more effective angle for riling people up than anime titties. And there also other things you can meme on like the shit with the upcoming BF5 and TLoU2, the egregious mishandling of the Vita, the God of Soy shilling. There's no shortage of ammunition, and I'm sure you can also come up with other examples.
As for digging into Soyny and getting to the bottom of which faggots are the ones making these decisions, Tom stating that this is a new Soyny policy is a pretty good lead. https://archive.fo/fN0n0 And don't forget their relationship with ResetEra. The connections between Soyny and ResetEra need to be a priority for digging before more games and smaller game companies suffer losses from this faggotry. There were some diggers here digging into them a while back, but the digging stopped short for some reason.
To summarize: Get everyone to cancel their pre-orders; Use that to pressure XSEED/Marvelous; Start redpilling and memeing on Soyny, TD Style; Dig into ResetEra and find out how their relationship with Soyny operates.

No it likely wouldn't, because very few would hear or know about it, especially at this point if they tried to get started,and then they wouldn't survive as a business because of it and then they would die off. This is unfortunately the issue we are on. If GOG Galaxy would put more of an effort especially on being uncensored and trying to do the program to give you the games on your Steam library on GOG it would prove viable. That is the main problem is that GOG does not consider anime or even VN's games. Steam does. I mean you are kind of avoiding why Steam is succeeding and the rest are failing. Sony does not like mods, Sony has censorship, GOG does not have mods but is not open much to 2D girls being real and their people on the forum site consider us here cancer they do not believe VN's are games and they also do not think they need us or we can give them much money to thrive. First game was alright, if you liked those FTL kind of games, but this one is a far more solid sequel, with XCOM-esque shootouts(though not much in the way of hitpoints) and some genuine refinements to the original's gameplay.(i.e Loyalty system, cops now have different kinds of quirks that don't tend to mesh well with other cops, or the choices that you make, etc). Also, has anyone heard any backlash for this game? I recall the first one getting bitched at by the usual suspects because a game about cops is insensitive, muh #Blacklivesmatter, and shit like that.

Sounded like a cool idea the first time I heard it, back before I had even the slightest understanding of how wireless technology worked. One of the earliest services advertised itself as subscription-based, but with plenty of games that as long as you played enough it cost less than actually buying them. Plus, even your shitty laptop could run them since they're using someone else's hardware. Doesn't that sound great? Playing games for cheap (relatively) and it doesn't matter that you're using a 2008 Toshiba laptop that takes 15 minutes just to start the log-in screen.
But we both know whatever potential it might have will be bogged down by design by a dozen and a half anti-consumer business practices, and they've pre-emptively burned potential customers every time they tried anything remotely similar in the past decade. The vast majority of people actually don't like always-online, streaming, etc. and merely tolerate it at best due to convenience or a lack of options.
