Well, League of Legends is the indisputable king in Latin America, and they're swimming on money because riot games had 2 clever buisness decisions:
1)Convert the game currency in dollars to each local currency of their respective countries.
2)Facilitating other payment methods that weren't credit cards or paypal.
And… I think that's it. DOTA 2 lost a lot of spic players due to Valve fucking up the last patches, the rest of the F2P games are pretty much unknow (unless it has some kind of weeb aesthetic, in that case it'll probably have some niche playerbase don't ask me why, we're talking about a demographic that still plays MU in pirated servers) except for Hearthstone, which is slowly raising in popularity but not on PC, and of course Fortnite. For the most part, spics will either pirate the game or buy it to play it with friends.
Also, last thing that suprised me: FIFA Online 3 playerbase is almost nonexistent in LatAm, and we are talking about people that love football with a blind passion.

If you've ever played a multiplayer game before it went F2P, you would reverse that sentiment. As tempting as it is to have whales pay on your behalf, it will also invite hackers, BRs, chinks, Russians, and children to destroy it. Paid, all-inclusive multiplayer with occasional expansion packs is the only way to go, but the money is too good in alternatives for this to exist anymore.
