It's not definitive yet. The first article is saying the vote will likely occur the week of March 12-16, but there's no way to be certain it might not happen earlier. I have no idea how long it takes to make good infographic.

I think it's funny that these articles that talk about how Crunchyroll "saved" the industry when they killed off legitimate services while they were illegally serving up stolen fansubs to build a userbase before going to venture capital firms to beg for cash. They then continued to operate illegally and collect revenue until they had enough of a hold on the western anime market that the Japanese had no choice but to work with them.
The article tries to spin this as a redemption story, and it's fucking bullshit. They state

Also they can't optimize to save their lives, so games end up being loadfests. For the record, the game was about a group of girls (2 male characters were added later as DLC) beating the tar out of each other to get a plot macguffin to fill one wish.
Still feels like a typical fighting game story (most of them tend to be something like "a bunch of characters felt like beating the stuffing out of one another, so a tournament is held."), personally.

Almost every single article the site owner has written in the past couple years is or includes an undiclosed ad, and there's some from other authors too. It looks like the articles are meant for search-engine-optimization as well as actually trying to fool people, they go out of their way to use the right keywords in a way that's very recognizable for anyone familiar with SEO spam. At least 5 advertisement-articles that showed up on Google have been deleted since being published, possibly because whatever agreement they had expired.
