Need a bit of help, Anon

What I'm looking for basically are games which have ghosts that aren't just another sort of mook which you strike over the head with your Generic Sword+1 or Generic Camera+1 until they die, but rather something like the Haunted Ocean House from VTM:B - ghosts that are invisible and chiefly manifest by fucking around with other object, ghosts whom you can't fight directly, etc.

Any suggestions?
