Alrighty. So basically, it's like a choose your own adventure, I think?
You go, read a little bit of text and make a decision as to which reference to turn to next. So, you guys make a decision and I'll post the next reference is how it goes.
You get to play a hero sent to retrieve a powerful artifact. In this book, you only get to travel from the Cantopani gate (south west) to the city of Kharé, where the book ends.
We need to keep track of three stats (stamina, skill and luck), gold, provisions and also a bit of inventory. I can manage that for you guys and post the char/inventory every now and then (especially if you need to make a decision, or when you pick up a new item).

So, as I said, you have 3 stats:
Skill = your general physical prowess, includes combat and non-combat activities both.
Stamina = your hit points. You lose it in combat and stuff, but also when you starve or don't rest.
Luck = your luck and stuff >.> You are told to make a luck check every now and then. You must roll equal or less to succeed. Regardless of whether you succeed or fail, it decreases by 1. You regenerate your luck when you make some lucky choice, encounter someone who helps you for free and such.

The remaining two things are provisions and gold.
You start with 20gp, which isn't that much, but it will get you by for a while.
You start with 2 provisions. As I said before, when you don't eat, you lose stamina , so that's something to keep in mind.
Apart from those, you also have a blessing from your goddess, which you can use at will to regenerate all three of your stats, at will to cure yourself of a disease or curse, or the book gives you an opportunity to call on her to save you from a dangerous situatio.

Combat rules
Combat is split into turns. Every turn, you roll 2d6 and add your skill. You do the same for your opponent. Who rolls more hits the other. In a normal game this means losing 2 stamina, but because that takes long, I suggest rolling a die to determine the damage. So that way we could roll 5d6, first two dice is you, second two dice is opponent, last die is damage, if everyone agrees.
You keep going until someone loses all stamina and dies.
There are also ways of increasing the damage you (or reducing damage you take) do by testing your luck. If anyone is interested, we can do that as well, but it's usually not worth it because you do lose that one point of luck and it's kinda hard to get it back. Still, if anyone wants, let's say rolling for luck increases damage by half or reduces it by half.
Actually, also here are magic rules.
The way it works is the game prompts you, gives you like 5 spell options. To cast a spell, you need to pay some amount of stamina, between 1 and 4. For the costlier spells, you usually don't need anything else, you pay 4 stamina and smash your foes. For the cheaper spells, you need to have some special item.
The way the game normally works is you learn all the spells beforehand and then don't look into the spellbook (your superiors don't allow you to take the spellbook with you on the adventure because it could fall into the wrong hands). The game tries to trick you by giving you fake spells to choose from, or spells for which you don't have the special item needed, and punishes you with stamina loss. Seeing as the scan doesn't contain the spellbook, I marked all the wrong options for you so that will make it easier.
