just use google and bing and yandex and 4chan and reddit
in my experience: you have to do the work, but eventually you will start to find sites you like, and they will link to other sites you might like. It's not easy though, you might find yourself having spent 30+ minutes vetting a site that's literally just mentally ill people feeding into eachother (like here, or kiwifarms)
