I do not have all the answers, but the "content creation" world is unforgiving and oversaturared. I have seen channels with a decade of consistent content, and only a few thousand subscribers.
I think you have to do it because you love it, firsr and foremost; and if it ever earns you qn amount of money beyond pocket change, that is a bonus. For every success story you see of someone quitting their job to do this full-time, there are thousands who tried and failed, or are trying still.
You have to make something people want to watch, then you have to play gacha with the jootube algorithm.
