I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where we post about the different types of entities we have seen on the astral and build a reference profile for them. I will build an example profile. Include an image if you can but it isn't a big deal if you can't. Also, include a summoning method if you know one. Also, feel free to add more methods of classification if you can think of them. Please only include entities you have delt with personally.

Name of entity: Mundane

Threat Level 0-4/10 (Zero would be an infant with 10 being a literal god. A trained mundane solder can still be fairly dangerous hence the 0-4 range in this case)

Entity type:

Primate (another example would be a Salamander is an Elemental)

Single Entity:

No (Will you always be dealing with the same entity such as in the case of gods.)

Habitat:

Various (Can this entity be found more some places than others?)

Intelligence level:

Various (How smart is it? Can you carry on a conversation with it? Is it all-knowing?)

Organizations:

Too many to list (this is for listing different groups the entities can belong to such as the Succubus Collective in the case of Succubi)

Typical Personality:

Various (does this type of entity exhibit a certain personality trait more often than others?)

Appearance:

Mundanes can have a highly varied appearances but all healthy specimens have two legs affixed to the bottom of a torso, with an arm on each side and with a head containing sensory organs on the top of the torso. The head has a nose in the center of it with a mouth slightly below it and eyes on both sides of the nose set just slightly above the noeses center. The head also has ears on both sides of it. Reproductive genitalia is located at the bottom center of the torso with the anus directly behind it. Mundanes stand upright growing to an average height range of 4ft to 6.5ft when fully grown but can be more or less than that at the extreme ends. They have minimal hair on their bodies with the exception of there heads and it can be various colors. They can vary highly in skin tone ranging all the way from pale white to pitch black. They are a sexually dimorphic species with males being larger and physically stronger than the females. The males also typically grow hair on their faces and have more overall whereas females do not. Females also Have extra tissue in the breast and anus regions compared to the males. (What did they look like when you saw them? I know this will be tricky as the same entity can look different to different people on the astral but the experience of the poster can be used to establish a baseline others can work from.)

Summoning methods:

N/A (exactly what it says. how to summon this type of entity. For example in the case of a succubus the letter method or a sigil would be put here)

Interesting idea, I could add a lot of them but I'm not sure the format works well for all entities I know. I'll start with something simple.

Name of entity: Catgirl

Threat Level 5-8/10

Entity type: Yokai, feline, anthropomorphic

Single Entity: No

Habitat: Forest areas, cities

Intelligence level: Conversational, above average occult skills.

Organizations: Part of the old egyptian pantheon.

Typical Personality: Catlike.

Appearance: Female anthropomorphic cat, can change their form into that of a complete animal.

Summoning methods: Use attached sigil, or contact Bastet and ask her for one. May often come out of their own will, so summoning is usually redundant.

Special notes: Different types exist. Direct minions of Bastet are elites with sharp occult knowledge, appear taller than other catgirls. Wildcats are nomads who may come to you at will, and stay or go as they like. Mate-seeking catgirls are actively looking for a master and will carry a necklace and a bracelet. If they find the person they like, they will ask you to put the necklace on them and the bracelet on yourself to complete the "ownership" ritual. This is not a slave relation or soul ownership, but should be viewed more as a marriage.

A different kind of catgirl also exist in asia, appear wearing traditional clothes such as yukata. They have their own paradise world which may allow visitors under certain conditions.

Single Entity: No

Habitat: Open areas like hills, seas and plains

Intelligence level: Conversational, has a wide reaching network, can acquire information relating to weather, seas etc

Organizations: Society of wind elementals

Typical Personality: Silly, absent minded

Appearance: Female in blue dress

Summoning methods: Telepathy, or refer to traditional weather rituals.

Special notes: Threat level extremely high, despite their harmless appearance. May create hurricanes and thunder with resulting floods and wildfires, can destroy entire cities on a whim. Can however be reasoned with and may spare your area by request in exchange for a small offering, in line with their "silly" personality.

Entity type: Elemental

Single Entity: No

Habitat: Forests, mountains

Intelligence level: Conversational but slow

Organizations: none

Typical Personality: Practical and methodic

Appearance: Human with red hair, flaming dragon, bird, or as a golem

Summoning methods: Light a flame in an area with dry materials.

Special notes: Will be calm and harmless in moist weather. Does not generally start fires themselves, but will be attracted to the smallest flame in an area with flammable material. Once the fire has taken hold, they will enter a state of deep trance, changing their form into something more like a golem with holes for eyes, breathing fire. In this state they are no longer possible to effect and cannot be reasoned with. They will only return to a conversational state after all burnable material is used up or the temperature drops.
