I'm trying to look for a series that was recommended to me from an /a/ thread about Mysterious Girlfriend X.

I think the basic jist of it is that this high school boy and girl stumble into each others lives, but do some freaky bondage shit moments into the relationship (though the manga keeps it strictly ecchi)
