some gangstalking techniques that target the body, mind:

- bursting blood vessels - a bit like a mosquito or bug bite, can be used on eyes as well as skin

- "mind wiping" - this is their fundamental attack method on me. aggressive or weak, they will wipe your short term memory. you can notice it if you pay attention. sometimes there is a slight pressure in the rear of the skull. if you are reading and the wiping is intense, they can wipe words rather quickly, you will notice that you are forgetting things your mind just processed as fast as 2-3 words behind your focus.

- worsening infections - if you have an infection somewhere, even as small as a pimple or worse, they can exacerbate this. if it is in a painful place, it can be made to hurt quite a bit.

- pyrokinesis - heating the body or specific areas, causes sweat, discomfort

- "fake bugs" - a light touch, feels like a small insect crawling on you

- tinnitus - various tones/ringing in the ears, various volumes, can be deafening

- sexual arousal - can be weak or very strong, occasionally enough to cause orgasm without touching yourself

- dehydration - easier to do if you are somewhat dry, but can be accelerated, you will notice if you pay attention

- food/taste cravings - can make you want to eat a certain meal or drink, will use this to try to distract you from a task

- inflammation/skin irritation - you will be itchy, if you already have a skin condition it can be worsened

- immune system - if you have AIDS or other conditions, they can be worsened to make you sick faster

- "fake blessings" - a tingling sensation that happens in the rear of the body, between the head and the spine usually, can be very strong at times or weaker. it feels nice but it is manipulation to make you believe you are having "positive feedback" from thoughts/actions

- white noise - different from tinnitus, this is a volume and tone of white noise that is used, often to mask the "voices" that speak to you or prevent you from knowing there are others talking/making noise

- "synths/music" - usually very simple in nature, not commonly music we hear in our media. for example an organ that plays the same 4 notes in various arrangements. usually used to cause anxiety.

- "fake ascension" - not sure if this one is used on others, but gangstalkers have threatened me with "ascension" for about 1.5 years now, and sometimes use what they call "ascension protocols" on me. you will feel lighter in body, mostly near the top of the spine and head.

- "brain donut" - actually feels like there is an invisible donut of "pressure" beneath the top of your skull. doesn't hurt, but quite strong, odd feeling. doesn't seem to slow down my thoughts.

- "no legs" - funny name but, they can make your legs feel very light, much less heavy than their real weight.

I have a very unique relationship with my gangstalkers that I do not often encounter when reading other Targeted Individual's journals. I challenge, study, compare, and ask/provide feedback to them. They get very very frustrated if you do not react as a tortured victim. Further, once you declare yourself a victor over them, they will often leak information to you or discuss various techniques they are using on you. Once this relationship is established you can request or challenge them to use certain techniques on you and further study or critique them. This is not the typical Gangstalker vs T.I. relationship but I have been called a "Champion" of this special position and "The Most Powerful Psychic We've Ever Seen" by my gangstalkers. I am simultaneously admired, worshiped, loved, and hated, abused, envied. Even though the techniques are very bothersome, painful, and difficult to work through, I use my Psychic Talents and Psychological Analysis to tear through their confidence and disrupt their techniques. I am a natural intuitive, empath, skilled in meditation, and a rampantly creative energy wielder. I have a lot more to share on wielding energy and interacting with Astral Workers who terrorize you.
