I need help because Im going insane. I started being obsessed with "creating new life". I want to turn my whole house into a place of terrariums, hundreds of plants here and there.

how do I stop all this before it goes too far? I watch beatdown and knockouts compilations for hours a day while listening to goregrind,grindcore, black metal,etc,such genres. I think I will be a homeless in the future, and I spend all free days and weekends travelling randomly across public tranport using my (fraudulently obtained) disability pass.
