Do the ethics they enact have anything to do with you wanting them decapitated? And do their beliefs regarding right and wrong?
I would think the true elite are highly ethical. And many so-called "elites" of Earth, are really lessers, some of which have money and/or influence. Which is to say, they're not in the least elite, just privileged.
