In many sport teams, there is always “star” strong link and “burden” weak link.
If you want to improve the power/level of any team, the general best strategy is increase level of each individual players.
Mortal human race are the team in general, there is many “weak” people/player and there is a little tiny “strong” one.
While the big policies are required the agreement of many people/nation and will be hard to reach the “deal”, then the small policy are always much easier to implement.
It is very easy to help and give direct teaching/less to everyone, as long as they can promise to not share is to the public (because it would cause life chaos and destruction).
The older people get, the more likely they will die, but also the little negative impact to the whole society can occur, that is the hidden rule of life.
So it would be great solution to tell/teach old people about human sin, and how to reserve age, so they can become another new person that would greatly help to the society.
I am half mortal human half God, so I am the only one capable of give direct lesson to all people.
