David Walter seemed like a normal guy at first when he applied for the job at Awful Arthur's seafood in Salem Virginia...
But it didn't take long for all the other employees to realize that David Walter had some kind of creepy psychiatric disorder, some kind of dissociative inability to fit in with anybody...
David Walter is in his thirties but spends his life playing video games like a little nine year old boy.
David Walter began demonstrating emotional instability at work.... He was one of the cooks, but a couple weeks ago he stayed after work, and had a few drinks at the bar...
David Walter can't handle his alcohol...
He became very loud and aggressive and angry for no reason, begin yelling and cursing and insulting his coworkers... He began threatening his manager (even though David Walter is terrified of his manager, because David can't fight)
It turns out David Walter is actually J.e.w.i.s.h., and he started screaming in front of everybody, claiming the restaurant was "run by white supremacists"...
He caused a huge scene, and he's lucky he wasn't arrested that night, because all of the employees said they needed to call the police..
They should have fired David after that night, but David sobered up and got embarrassed...
so he QUIT HIS JOB.....
He wasn't fired... At least not from Awful Arthur's restaurant... (David Walter WAS indeed fired from his previous job for a very similar situation, because he makes everybody feel uncomfortable wherever he goes)
Nope David simply quit...
David was so embarrassed, that he was too afraid to show his face at work...
But he started calling the restaurant everyday, sometimes several times a day... Making threats.
Demanding his paycheck.... Making threats about what he would do if they didn't give him his final paycheck ($521)
So management contacted the owner, Arthur Webb Jr., and the owner insisted he come down there and hand David Walter his final paycheck face to face
And on Friday, April 23rd 2021 Arthur Webb Jr sat there at the restaurant waiting for David Walter to come pick up his paycheck....
But David Walter is a coward....
He didn't have the balls to come down there...
He made a lot of threats....
But he couldn't back them up
He doesn't have the balls to back up a threat
David is such a coward, that he asked a female server to please pick up his paycheck for him
(And that female server hates David Walter, and wanted nothing to do with David or his paycheck, especially after David made a fool out of himself when he got drunk)
So David never picked up his paycheck on April 23rd... Instead, David Walter called the restaurant (again) making more threats and telling them to put his paycheck in the mail...
They did.... They took his final $521 paycheck and mailed it to him....
But David has been calling the restaurant everyday since, still claiming he never got his paycheck and making even more wild threats....
David is under investigation by the Salem Virginia Police Department for harassment and threats against coworkers.
The Salem Police Department are actively preparing to serve David Walter with a restraining order... But last night David decided he would go online and try to recruit people to help him harass the restaurant...
So now there are actual criminal charges in the works.
The funniest part? David Walter actually thought he had a chance with Corey's girlfriend...
Corey is the manager, and his girlfriend is hot
Corey and his girlfriend both laugh in David's face.
I'm willing to bet $5,000 that David Walton is arrested on Saturday... He's not going to be able to pay Bond, so he will remain in custody in jail until he is convicted of cyber stalking and internet harassment.

When you are being booked into processed, there is generally a telephone near the fingerprint AFIS Machine.... If you're lucky and very polite, they might let you make one free phone call while you are being processed into a holding cell and waiting for your orange jumpsuit....
But that's it.. just one free phone call if you're lucky
It takes several phone calls to put together Bond money.... Once David Walter is sent upstairs to his cell on the C block, he will have to have a prepaid calling card to make phone calls...
