I think we can safely conclude that because MSNBC is using this as an argument that it's false.
Not that I'm a racist, but they have a pro-black, anti-white, mexicans don't exist unless they're poor attitude.

yeah msnbc should have said. prosecution presentation is over. now the defense starts.
yesterday was awesome.
video of another traffic stop where floyd was being a dousche.
testimony that floyd said he had been consuming 7-9 Percocets every 20 minutes.
thats the best way to tell, today at least, who is lying about the trial. if they say floyd had 7 percocets that is a lie. it was 7-9 every 20 minutes.
who even does that?
I'd recommend watching it live. its a good trial.
basically defense calls a witness and they go over some stuff then prosecution gets up and ask a bunch of silly questions to try to confuse the issues the defense just brought up.
you can tell the prosecution is shady by the way they act and the arguments they make in section before the jury is called back.

I've been watching it and some of the questions the lawyer was asking yesterday was highly manipulative.
For instance; the lawyer asked if the weight of the utility belt added pressure to the neck of george Floyd. Obviously the answer is yes, but the defence should've said no. The attorney would've had to ask if it weighs more and of weighing more would add more pressure. Then he could've said it depends on how the officer distributes his weight because it's light.
There's just a bunch of loaded questions feeding a small population of poorly thought out individuals. It's pretty gross when this should be about how much drugs were in his system.

the drugs in the system weighs on Hall's testimony which the prosecution has not immunized therefor hall takes the 5th and cannot be compelled.
so the witness who could prove what and how much floyd had ingested is not a desired witness by the prosecution.
Because if Hall testified he could be prosecuted for giving the drugs that killed floyd which then means MPD did nothing wrong. Floyd has going to OD on Hall's shitty pills no matter what.

Why wouldn't you be arrested by that alone? Can't they use his hair to determine how many/much drugs he was taking? There's parts of this that don't make sense.

I think the prosecution told him if he testifies they will prosecute him.
that is misconduct but there is so much pressure on this case.

Mr. Floyd died from a drug overdose. He commited multiple crimes before his death and is far from being a saint.
