That means you must have the necessary physical prowess. A woman needs to be attracted to masculinity, and that strong expression of masculinity is what states, in no uncertain terms: "I am your owner, your sexual focal point, and if you do not obey willingly, I have the power to make you."
Failing the strength to physically force your female property to submit, or at a bare minimum to suggest you can should she get off the leash, your ownership of her mind and body is incomplete. This can lead to a total reversal of the aforementioned domestication. Next thing you know, she's climbing trees and chasing cats down the alley.
