my peanus weanus curves to the left. i never thought it was a problem before because it's a gradual curve over the whole length and it never used to hurt. it's able to be held almost straight when erect even though it's tight on the left side. but recently i got a varicocelectomy (yes i spelled that right, i'm not black) and ever since then i got a slightly visible bulge on the inside of the curve, it felt like a vein or something but now i'm thinking it's scar tissue that i incurred when i was a kid and i was swinging around on a tether ball and slammed my dick into the pole. it was never a problem until after the varicocelectomy, which i assume results in an alteration in the blood flow somehow. my peanus weanus doesn't curve any more or less than it always has, but now this ridge-like bump that i can feel with my fingers causes a pinching-like pain when i pop a boner, and i didn't used to feel this ridge in my dick before. i haven't had my follow up visit from the surgery yet though so i guess i'll bring it up then. but have any of you anons had a painful peanus weanus before and if so did you find a solution?

It's penile fibrosis, or having scar tissue in your penis that causes a curve and pain.
It's possible but not practical to reverse fibrosis. Inflammation is the cause of fibrosis, so keeping it down by eating a diet low in inflammatory vegetable oils and not masturbating too hard is the best course of action.
