My father is a drunk NEET wannabe entrepreneur that used to make a shitton of money but is now a boomer lard. He SAYS he'll make money but he's addicted to alcohol and won't take a shitty wagie job even though it would make more than what he does now.
My brother is an unironic mentally ill NEET that dropped out of uni and plays vidya all day, he's been turned into a zombie by this and can barely form cohere sentences without stuttering or stopping mid-sentence. Thankfully he mostly sits on his computer playing RPG's and browsing twitter and reddit.
My mom constantly says she wants to die because she now has to sell her second house and her family merchantels. I'm pretty sure she's somehow mentally ill too, she's 100% a hoarder.
Next year I'm going to uni, but our economic situation is most likely fucked beyond repair. I'll probably have to get burger-flipping if I actually want to leave this hell.
Sorry for blogposting but my mom is screaming and crying (again) because of those fucking merchantels, and I'm too ashamed to tell any of this to my actual friends. I can't study with this shit either, the house only has two rooms and a bathroom, dad's in one of them so she won't go in there because she hates him.
tl;dr my family are schizo poorfags, uni is next year, idfk what to do in the meantime or afterwards.

You’re the bottom of the barrel anon and the only way up is to work work hard. Try to get a full time job. Even if it’s shit. Save as much as you can. Always be looking to advance or prove you want to move up. In a year or two you can be making okay money. In five years you should be well off enough to live a decent life. By 30 you should be doing all right.
But ditch your family ASAP and never look back. They’ll drag you down. Steal your money or try to ruin what you have.
It’s gonna suck but if you make the effort you’ll make it.

I'm in economics, I don't know what stem is but in yurop you don't get anywhere without a degree. economics is literally the best prospect here, and it's free if I get in. I'm not sure what happens in America but here we give exams to get in uni in the first place.

In America college or uni is a very expensive. Even the cheap schools will cost a lot and most degrees are useless.
Aren’t there any trades? Or apprenticeships? It’s hard but honest work.

meme degrees aren't that common here, you basically have to want a meme degree to get it. there's a fairly established list of schools that'll give you a job and there's a list of infamous "art" schools wholly infested with communists and antifa.
what all of this means is I can start work next summer, studying for those exams is a priority but first year in uni is usually a jerkoff session so it's a good time to make enough money.
all this wouldn't be as painful without corona but I'm stuck all day with my family now and I despise them. they're self entitled and rotten and belong in an asylum, my brother most of all.
btw I know to save every penny and have always done so even when we had money.
