I had an Israeli Professor move to my CompSci department (in Australia)
English was like his 4th language. His accent was impossible to understand, and he also thought the place could become the next MIT, and made every assignment a 50-100 hour work (when we were also full with other subject's assignments--15 hours would've been reaonable).
All of us 3rd Year student went PLO on his ass, and boycotted his classess until the Head of the CS department knocked some shit into him.
