IF it is unavoidable then save up and prep for ways to have shelter and ways to get out of it as fast as you can. Besides that you are most likely gonna be off radar so pack essentials and scout places to crash. If you were looking for a "go rape your mother and your neighbors and threaten people at gun point for cash" then you must be stupid.

Can't afford house repairs and the house is only expected to survive the winter and bills went up recently and that might not be able to be paid off

Also, don't you have good friends you can stay with until you get back on your feet? Don't you have family that will help you out?

I find people who end up homeless tend to be the kind of person that has shit on every family and friend throughout their lives and have only thought of themselves.

Didn't catch the problems with the house until it was too late. Bills went up due to people in my neighborhood leaving and the landlord started raising prices. new car that got in car accident that was the other guys fault. Many services where i live also went up a bit in price.

I'm going to ask some people I know once I know I am completely fucked.

What country do you live in? In some countries the landlord is responsible for repairs.

Do you live in a city? If so, I understand about costs of living. But like others have said in this thread before me, you should look for a job and rent a place within your budget.

Also be sure to help the people you know or stay with, no one likes a free loader.

Normally I would recommend finding a gf with a job, house, car, cable and no kids. That should give you 3-4 months of wiggle room to figure out your next move.

I’ve done exactly this. Bought a propane grill and ice chest for roughly <$100. It was a struggle and a half. Dealing with tweek twaks at my local park where I slept in my car was troublesome but the majority of homeless are pretty chill.

Honestly great life experience, puts things in perspective. Also apply for food stamps and assistance NOW OP. If you’re on drugs this is your chance/wake up call.>>12554
