Like the title says, I'm wondering if high IQ societies are worth joining? I know about the 5 big ones being Mensa, IHIQS, Intertel, Triple Nine & ISPE. I also know Ronald K. Hoeflin has half a dozen societies like Prometheus and Mega. Digging a bit more I found AtlantIQ, ISI Society, IIS, ePiq, Vertex Society, World Intelligence network (which has a shit tone of smaller groups like OLIMPIQ & CivIQ), Poetic Genius Society, Pi Society and The Synapse High IQ Network (which also houses a shit tone of smaller societies). I also found a bunch of societies with ancient-ass looking webpages like the High Potential Society, Gila Society, GenerIQ, The Grail Society, The Universal Genius Society/UNIGEG, UltimaIQ and the Tera High IQ Society. In addition to all that, I also found a bunch of private facebook groups for societies with dead site pages like Polymath High IQ Society, Tetra High IQ Society, Mega International (different from Ronald K. Hoeflin's Mega), Omega Society, The Ultranet, sPIqr - High IQ Society, Mysterium Society, HispanIQ International Society, Logiq Society and The IQuadrivium Society. And last but not least I found the site for Sigma Society (the IQ one, not the pickup artist incel one) which I've read is suppose to be dead and found two seperate site pages for the Giga society (they might be two separate societies).
Anyways beside telling me if these are worth joining can any former members tell my autistic ass about them?
