Go through the archives, and you'll find that it's just someone playing at controlling the world…or no one listens to them. Apparently they didn't approve SpaceX's launch on Jan 29, but if you look at the launch manifest on SpaceX's website, they launched anyway.

It's easy to create archives of events that have already happened and claim them as being predictions.
