This is just a working theory on decoding the Q stringers and any similar forms of communications as radio communications such as those used military.

I approach each stringer post by Q blind to the next stringer post in line to avoid any potential corruption or leading into of current decoding.

As i complete each stringer post it will be added here for scrutiny or insight.
