So in essence, what we all think is cash is exactly the opposite, a note, a promise to pay with interest. That interest is paid in the form of Federal income taxes. From the Grace Commission report issued on January 12, 1984 at the behest of then President Ronald Reagan:

“With two thirds of everyone’s personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt and by Federal Government contributions to transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which the taxpayers expect from their government.”

Yes, in essence, the Federal Reserve charges the American taxpayers interest on money we are required to use as legal tender, “money” that costs them nothing to produce. So, we get charged interest on “currency” we are REQUIRED to use by the Federal Reserve who pay nothing for the privilege of stealing from us all.

This is akin to paying forever on your car note or mortgage note because NONE of it goes to pay down the principal, instead providing a steady cash flow (interest) to the creditor, in this case the Federal Reserve. Perpetual debt to keep humanity enslaved and beholden to the closet controllers of the world who hide behind a fake “agency” that is neither Federal nor a reserve as Lord James so eloquently stated on February 16, 2012.

Economists, the theoreticians of the financial community, love to discuss, debate and dissect inflation and deflation in their endless reports and opinion pieces in a never ending quest to justify their existence. News flash, inflation is simply accumulated interest owed to the banksters that gets put on top of the cost of goods and services disguised as “the cost of living”. No morons, it’s the cost of interest, carried for decades and generations in a never ending cycle of wealth transfer from the real people in this world who WORK and contribute for a living rather than sit in their castles and collect their vig off the backs of the people.

What is produced when a banker earns interest from money he doesn’t own nor pay for?

Nothing….zip, nada and zilch.

It should be clearly understood that we are charged interest on currency we are REQUIRED to use, paid to banksters who neither own the money nor pay a fee for it. This is the biggest con job going. And as the master thief himself, Alan Greenspan said, in his own words, “There is no other agency in government that can overrule actions that we take”. Those actions include creating stock market crashes, raising and lowering interest rates without regard for economics but with an eye on THEIR bottom lines and the determining of who gets loans for projects and businesses and who does not. Think about those three items, they are the essence of the financial system, putting the people at their mercy which is not mercy at all but greed and avarice on a scale that is incomprehensible.

Bush, Sr. to develop a business relationship for the purpose of placing funds in Federal Reserve sanctioned high yield trade programs. George Bush, Sr. is a major player in the High Yield and Private Placement business. Herzog and Guenette are partners and financial brokers offering high yield investment opportunities.

Herzog and Guenette had a client named Ed Falcone, a prominent real estate developer. Mitt Romney, being a protégé of George H.W. Bush, Sr., persuaded Herzog to place Falcone’s funds with Bush, Sr. who would trade through his family and other sources. Bush Seniors wife, Barbara Bush, maiden name Pierce, is a well known financial family in France and participates in these types of financial transactions.

After a period of time, Falcone asked questions why he did not receive payment from his investment. As a result, he started his own investigation by hiring experts in financial forensics and other experts to discover the location of his funds. Hence, Falcone filed a complaint with the FBI, the Office of Homeland Security and the Federal Reserve. A detailed report has been prepared and submitted to the FBI.

The result of the forensic investigations revealed that George H.W. Bush, Sr. placed the funds in trade, generating profits and paying off people knowledgeable of these transactions. Romney was paid approximately one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) over a two year period ending with his last payment from the Commerce Bank, Frankfurt, Germany in early May of 2008. Romney was being considered for the Vice President position under Presidential candidate John McCain, in 2008. Romney withdrew from consideration for Vice President when information surfaced regarding these transactions. McCain selected Sarah Palin since she was easy to vet at the last minute. If Romney had disclosed these transactions, Utah would have done a better job vetting him. Romney thought he would be in the clear based on the perceived “protection” offered by Bush Sr.

Herzog and Guenette were paid as partners utilizing Falcone’s funds and part of their profits were diverted to their own bank house, ICB Bank Limited in Curacao, a Caribbean island. Herzog’s wife Gudrun Funkenweh is also hiding stolen funds from Falcone in her own accounts.

As reported previously, George H.W. Bush, Sr., between the dates of October 5-7, 2010 moved the funds he stole from Falcone, from bank accounts in St. Barts to various island banks including Bermuda and Turks and Caicos. Bill and Hilliary Clinton also received funds which were distributed through many of the accounts that Bill has setup throughout the world.

Falcone reached out to Vice President Joe Biden with a hand delivered message requesting his personal assistance to help Falcone recover his funds. The memo included the same information provided to the FBI, the Office of Homeland Security and the Federal Reserve. Presumably, when Biden started to do research, someone found out and authorized Hillary Clinton to approach Biden. Biden was paid approximately two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000) to keep quiet and help block the efforts of Falcone in collecting his funds. Biden established accounts at several overseas banks in Spain and Hong Kong and the funds were diverted and deposited into these accounts.

The real unfortunate part is that President Obama received a registered letter from Falcone referencing the complaint filed with the different government agencies, requesting his assistance. To this date, the President has not responded to his letter nor taken any action to correct this injustice.

During the summer of 2010, Admiral Dennis Blair, the Head of the Security Council at that time, was made aware of the reports and facts Falcone had filed with the different government agencies. Admiral Blair informed the Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, that this problem was not going away and it needed to be addressed and corrected immediately. Admiral Blair met with the President on this matter and resigned when he realized the President and the Administration refused to act on this matter and similar matters outstanding.

Herzog and Guenette are aware of threats made on their lives by Bush Sr. Apparently, Bush Sr. is extremely concerned about any information that is exposed about the business relationship between Herzog, Guenette and Bush Sr. over the Falcone funds. When Herzog talks, then Bush Senior’s dirty tricks, blackmail, and payoffs will be exposed opening those crimes up to severe legal consequences.

Herzog is scared, and in his wisdom, has started to leak to Falcone and his legal team the inside information on aspects of their business relationships with the parties mentioned here, including Alan Greenspan and Josef Ackerman, the Chairman of Deutsche Bank, as they all participated in the theft of Falcone’s funds. Herzog has delivered documents and information which includes an email written in German to Falcone, from Deutsche Bank, directed by Ackerman and Greenspan, dated August 1st, 2007 at 3:31pm (German time). At the same time the email was sent, George H.W. Bush, Sr. and then President George Bush, Jr. were on a conference call with Ackerman and Greenspan. The contents of the email gave Michael Herzog specific instructions to withhold payment to Falcone.

Murder, Resignations and Judgment Day

GOVERNMENT CHEMICAL WEAPONS EXPERT ASSASSINATED?

A man who fought to get the Vietnam Veterans Memorial built and served in two Bush administrations was murdered, Delaware police say.  John P. Wheeler III, 66, was found dead in a Delaware landfill, and his death has been ruled a homicide by Newark, Del., police.

Wheeler’s body was found in Wilmington on Friday after a disposal truck containing his body made pickups in Newark.  Police believe Wheeler’s body had been placed inside one of the bins in Newark before a disposal truck arrived.

Wheeler, who lived in New Castle, was chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund during the Ronald Reagan era.  He also held many sensitive high-profile government positions after graduating from West Point in 1966.

Mr. Wheeler throughout his career was on assignment with the Secretary of Defense and was so highly thought of he received a special citation for exceptionally meritorious service to the United States as the Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. From 3 November 2005 to 20 June 2008.

In 2008, Mr. Wheeler was the Special Assistant to the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Logistics and Energy.  In 2009, Mr. John Wheeler was asked to be a “Consultant” to the Mitre Corporation.

Mitre Corporation has four (4) major areas of significance within the confines of the Federal Government including the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency.  Those areas of influence are:  Aviation System Development, Defense and Intelligence, and Homeland Security.  Mitre Corporation employs 7000, 65% of whom have Masters or PH.D., many of whom are full time scientists.

The Mitre Corporation website states:  “The MITRE Corporation is a not-for-profit organization chartered to work in the public interest. OBAMA’S JUDGEMENT DAY IN SUPREME COURT?

The Obama “Undocumented Worker” question (missing (hidden) long-form birth certificate) is on the Supreme Court’s docket for Conference on January 7th.  The background of this case, in short, is this:  About 18 months ago, at a college appearance of the Chief Justice, Dr. Orly Taitz confronted John Roberts with a suitcase of 350,000 signatures from World Net Daily and other data, asking the Supreme Court to hear the complaints about Obama’s legitimacy, since he was not vetted.  Roberts promised her publicly that he would review the information.

It appears that Roberts kept his promise and the info is going before all 9 Justices on January 7th. All of the previous cases have been denied for lack of ‘Standing’ or being frivolous. Without the Court’s intervention, Obama and the Gangster’s will run by Administrative fiat; as a Dictator with the Congress being but a gnat buzzing around his head. The Court can remove his ‘head’ (Authority) and the rule of law can be restored.    Everyone must send letters or telephone call the Supreme Court to encourage the Chief Justice to be pro-active in forcing Obama to produce his long-form birth certificate and answer other Interrogatories. FALCONE EXPOSING MORE BUSH THEFTS OF FUNDS TO CAPITAL HILL

As of January 4th, 2011, Falcone and his attorneys have hand delivered to each Senator and Representative a package of information containing detailed information outlining all the facts that have been reported to date along with additional details. This includes the payoffs to Biden, as well as the theft of funds from Falcone. The Congress will have in their possession all the information and documentation they will need to initiate inquiries and pursue justice. The challenge to the 112th Congress will begin the day they are sworn in and take the oath to the Constitution.

Make no mistake; VP Biden’s Chief of Staff Ron Klain resigned yesterday. The reason for his untimely resignation is due to the pressure on Biden’s position becoming untenable. It’s apparent that even the Administration’s attempt to save Biden by putting him in charge of the new nuclear arms treaty with Russia has failed.  This should force Biden’s resignation. The sooner the better.

With Press Secretary Gibes resignation today, the current president’s resignation and/or removal from office cannot be far behind. Obama has interfered again with the delivery of the Global Settlement packages by misdirecting TSA to stop the FedEx deliveries.

Prison time, a reality for long running corruption

Bush Sr continues to dominate a Shadow Government control over Obama and the Agencies, who continue to prevent the Global Settlements from being distributed and the return of Falcone’s funds.  It has been disclosed that Bush Sr’s main control over Obama involves the issue that he has obtained, at considerable cost and under the direction and control of former Prime Minister Tony Blair, a certified copy of Obama’s Birth Certificate validating Obama’s Kenya birth.   Obama is a puppet, with Bush Senior as his puppet master.   In reality we have been informed that Bush Sr is simply using Obama and is not pushing his political clout, with the Supreme Court, to prevent Obama’s demise.    Will Joe Biden become our next President?  Bush knows he has much more control over Joe Biden and would like the Democratic Party to take a political hit, which would basically guarantee a Republican Party victory in 2012.   Mitt Romney is Bush Sr’s boy and Sr wants him to be the next President to continue his Corrupt Shadow Government.  Romney just won the straw polls in New Hampshire, but this will never happen unless he makes amends with Falcone.   Bush Sr is playing things very cool.  He does not want to telegraph his plans because of his relationship with Bill Clinton.   Regardless of what Bill and Hillary Clinton say publicly, she wants to be President and they are doing everything they can, trying to influence the Supreme Court to keep Obama in office and not have Democratic fallout.

We reported before that the Supreme Court made an informal finding a couple weeks ago against Obama.  They know Obama cannot produce an original US birth certificate proving his natural born US citizenship status.  They are still determining how they are going to deal with this situation.   The Court wants to do the right thing, but the Court is in a conundrum and what they feel will become a black eye and/or national security issue.  We must pray that the integrity of the Supreme Court will bring justice back to our Government.

We have been informed that an anonymous group with one, point attorney, and multiple other members, is preparing a special package to be delivered to the IRS disclosing billions of dollars of tax evasion, fraud, corruption and money laundering by Senior Government Officials involving almost every branch of the government.  This will be the largest case in US history.

This will be the fourth month the White Hats have reported information about the status of the massive corruption in our government and our beloved country.  We have delivered numerous reports with information that America is watching … and there are 308 Million Americans.  The same reports have been read by world leaders … Presidents, Prime Ministers, Finance Ministers, Bankers, Lawyers, and our good and honorable government officials.

Many of the above mentioned leaders questioned the White Hats about what is actually happening in America and how this could be happening especially with the evidentiary materials in hand.  It has allowed many of those foreign leaders to check their countries’ banks to see if this corruption has made a path to their lands.  It is interesting to note the extensive methods our corrupt former and current leaders have used to hide their spoils, i.e. Sovereign accounts, Vatican accounts, corporate accounts, Trusts, Foundations, off-balance sheet accounts and in the names of others at U.S. and offshore banks.  Many members of our Senate and Congress have either met personally with us or have received extensive packages with this personal follow up from the aggrieved parties and are being fully apprised of the magnitude of this problem.

This single story has grown international legs and the struggle is full blown with the domestic media unwilling to report the news, the domestic authorities unwilling to take action on the evidence, our Supreme Court unwilling to take the actions required by law to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, our Justice Department unwilling to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators of the criminal acts against the United States of America, our domestic and International security agencies unwilling to investigate and make serious, hard hitting recommendations and the Department of State unwilling to explain to the International community the problems the United States is experiencing with our former and current Heads of State. Nobody in an official capacity has the guts to do the deed … even with the unadulterated truth and the evidentiary materials.  In every corner, we have viewed people who recognize and have firsthand knowledge of the recruitment techniques and results if you do not play their game. Do you plan on upholding the credibility and integrity of the United States Supreme Court or are you going to allow certain members of the Honorable Court to subvert that integrity?  What happens to the unquestionable integrity of the Court if certain members are deemed to be compromised or outright dirty?  Are the senior members of the Honorable Court going to stand for the United States of America or are you joining in on the demise of the United States like the rest?  As we do not have one ounce of leadership in the White House, we now need you, right now and you know it.  We pray that you speak out individually and through the actions you take.  We know those actions will be the most difficult actions ever in the history of the United States Supreme Court but you members have been singularly chosen to act for the sanctity of our Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the laws of this great Country, 308 million Americans and the watchful eye of the World.

The Dewhurst Files – Part 1

David Dewhurst is currently serving in Texas as the Lt. Governor, a position of Public Trust.   An honorable position, demanding he conducts himself accordingly.   His ambitions extend next to challenging for a seat in the Senate.  Mr. Dewhurst’s complete personal integrity, and his ability to be an honest, forthright, public official, an elected leader of the people of the State of Texas, is now the issue.

This is a man whose own brother, in conjunction with others,  is now facing serious unfolding litigation following the debacle over the breach of contract, and numerous other serious felonious criminal activities, relating to the Ed Falcone affair.   Public entities are complicit and their associations which are unfolding will have implications for many.

Here are further details received:

Donald Nevin, the brother to David Dewhurst, signed a contract with his passport copy attached, as part of a settlement deal with Ed Falcone.   This was presented to Ed Falcone as an already signed agreement.Ed Falcone received emails in reference to this settlement contract that contained a heading, ”The Bush Settlement”.Donald Nevins opened up a bank account for his group.  Part of the settlement funds were instructed to be transferred into this account.   He met with Ed Falcone and his bankers assuring them the funds would be wired to the agreed bank coordinates.Donald Nevin indicated he was working on behalf of Bush Senior and the “Agency” [a reference to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)] via his brother, a former CIA Operative and the Lieutenant Governor of Texas, David Dewhurst.Donald Nevin was part of a team, including five (5) other individuals, who flew around the world desperately trying to move money and alter bank account records to hide Bush Senior’s stolen moneys from Falcone and Joe Biden’s bribery money, from pursuing investigators.   We have previously reported about some of these activities.The signed agreement by Donald Nevin instructed Ed Falcone, that upon receiving his settlement payment he would transfer $550,000,000 Dollars into the group bank account explained above.   50%, or $275,000,000 Dollars would be divided between Donald Nevins and his brother, Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst, while the other 50% would divided among the five other individuals who flew around the world helping move the stolen funds.

This issue is now heading for serious litigation and prosecution, with damning consequences for many, including Dewhurst as he will have to answer for his very awkward participation.   All need to heed urgently at the evidence amassed.   Their Bank visits with Senior Bank Officers, which will be declared, will have severe international legal consequences.   Proof and the footprints of guilt are now about to be exhibited in a Court of Law, with developing criminal implications.  The Bush’s are telling their scared minions not to do anything and be quiet … it will all blow over … “trust us”, they say.  Well,  trust us … it will not blow over … even with all of the threats, bribes and political destruction, many are fiercely angry and are not only willing but will gladly come forward to tell all they know.  Even the Bush’s do not have the ability to stop this political storm.

The consequences are unfolding.   Perhaps, Dewhurst’s dream of Senatorial glory may be better focused on being a Senatorial candidate by upholding the Constitution and all that being a high level, elected public official means and requires.  If we could suggest, and we hate to be out of line by suggesting, but maybe, just maybe, Lt. Governor David Dewhurst needs to tell the truth about his involvement with the Bush’s and the $135,000,000.00 Dollars he was to receive for having his Brother deliver a message and documents.  Or was Lt. Governor Dewhurst’s share of the money, a mere $135,000,000 Dollars, more than meets the eye?  Dewhurst was a CIA operative after all … does he know the truth?   America, this does not compute, does it to you?  Are you voting for a person using his office for things that logically is difficult to explain?  Is he to be trusted to represent you faithfully or line his pockets at your expense?  It’s your vote!!

Either way, we say that if Dewhurst cares about his personal integrity and, that of the offices he wishes to hold, he either needs to tell the total truth which rats out the Bush’s or resign the office of Lt. Governor and cease with his aspirations of being an elected official on any level.  Lt. Governor Dewhurst, your answer will tell the people of the State of Texas and all of America about your ability to hold office and faithfully represent your constituents.  THE EYES OF OUR NATION ARE NOW UPON YOU.

Bush and the CIA’s Fraud Conspiracy Exposed. Today, the TRUTH they all thought would stay buried.

The Dewhurst Files – Part 2

As part of the on-going saga of scheming perpetrated against so many trusting investors like Edward Falcone by Bush Senior and his cohorts, we are now exposing new information as the prosecution evidence is being assembled and the case moves towards the first writs being served and potential arrests being made.  Mr.Falcone has the signed Bush contract with Don Nevin, passport copy attached, representing Bush in the contractual undertaking.  A bonfire of arrogance may await them when the punitive damages are assessed.   Aligned to the missing TARP Funds and all indications of failed Infrastructure Projects, a lot of questions are already arising with the Political control of DC and State funds. The criminal actions now unfolding will end a few careers.

Having stolen vast Billions previously from Mr.Falcone, Bush Sr, operating via Don Nevin, fronting for his brother David Dewhurst Lt. Governor of Texas who was instrumental in setting up the contract for Bush using Don Nevin, then tried to induce Edward Falcone to put up a further $500 million dollars into a joint Monaco Bank account. Lt. Governor David Dewhurst, operating through his brother Don Nevin assured him it would facilitate the immediate release of the long overdue funds owed to him. This was against their original Settlement agreement which they had also breached 2 years previously. An agreement negotiated and signed by ex-President George W. Bush before he left office and then recorded with the CIA for Leon Panetta to perform against.

The demand from Nevin for more money was then increased to $550M.  Part of the new $550M now being demanded, involved a fee of $275M from these funds, to be split equally between David Dewhurst and his brother Don Nevin. A Payoff demanded in writing from Nevin.  Having been a previous victim of 5 broken Bush promises, Edward Falcone wisely declined.  The last agreement was also approved for payment by President Obama and the CIA, but defaulted on yet again.  Why would parties failing to perform on so many occasions then expect a further $550M from Mr. Falcone to perform what was already contractually committed as their responsibility?  He refused, as he and his Legal Advisors saw it as another dangerous fraud scheme move by dubious operators. They then agreed to release his money without the $550M now being demanded, but again failed to pay what was long overdue.   Their intent was clear. As with all ruthless fraud operators, it was to steal another $550M from Mr. Falcone.   A clear, criminal conspiracy.

Bush Sr, his associates and the CIA, had previously ordered the release of settlement money to Mr. Falcone by sending out 5 CHIPS (Clearing House Interbank Payments System) allocated in his name for trading as the beneficiary, for payment owed to him which he also never received. His CHIP funds were diverted in delivery and used by the conspirators to circumvent him, directed instead to multiple bank platform accounts of their own for trading Medium Term Notes, using his named CHIP funds for their own benefit. The attorneys and investigators hold this evidence: records, Traders’ names, amounts and trades.

They stole his lawful entitlement of profits and continued to further utilize his cash accounts and CHIPS in conjunction with HSBC, Josef Ackermann Chairman of Deutsche Bank, Bush Sr, Bush Jr, the CIA, Paulsen and Greenspan, time after time. There were also further parties participating in addition for each of the individual CHIPS.

Other banks were also used for Cash deals.  Parties such as George H. W. Bush Sr., George W Bush Jr., Mitt Romney, Michael Herzog, Paul Guinette and others were cross involved in cash platforms, in conjunction with the CIA again. They blatantly stole $650M from Mr. Falcone’s account, using his cash funds criminally for their own benefit, including in conjunction again with Josef Ackermann of Deutsche Bank, a renowned banker of questionable repute who has previously been fined heavily and publicly admonished for conduct unbecoming of a Banker. Ackermann also set up the key Credit Lines at the Bank of Austria for the non-CHIP cash program element for the first year of trading for all the group of names listed above.

Multiple bank accounts around the world are being closely monitored for use of prosecutors. This is going to create serious problems for the Capital markets.

The profits accrued from Falcone funds for the CIA have been predominantly directed to Barclays Bank and Citibank, Singapore. The Bank of England’s own cross involvement will also be exposed in this sordid chain of events.  Bush Sr. and the many guilty parties have multiple bank accounts around the world which are currently being monitored, ready for Congressional, Prosecution and developing mainstream media exposure.

On every occasion, Edward Falcone was denied his rightful and lawful investment share. They got rich using his money by fraud, theft and deception. He received nothing.

Bank Officers will attest to Congress and the Courts. Worse, so will numerous parties now cross entangled to save themselves, as we will display. Michael Herzog, an associate of both the Bush and Clintons, has already threatened on record if he is made to pay back his share of what was stolen from Edward Falcone, he will expose all his records of multiple Bush conspiracies he fronted for them over many years. When thieves fall out?

Bush commandeered United States Government planes using CIA agents to fly around the world over 10 weeks. The sole agenda of the Bush directed Agency team was to move money from bank to bank, changing their offshore bank records to attempt to hide and falsify the trading records from Falcone’s pursuing investigators. All now identified with incriminating records waiting for Prosecutors to confront and indict this CIA Agency laundering team.

Prior to the last election, Public approval rate for Congresses had slumped to only 9%. That means 91 out of every 100 Americans had lost confidence in their Congressman and considered “The Hill” not fit for purpose to execute the Constitution and the Laws of the United States.  If we allow endemic abuse of one American then we all lose. By taking this campaign up to Congress to investigate, will restore America’s faith in The Hill. We have offered Congress a Prime example of corruption, endemic abuse of privileged positions by Senior Government and CIA Agency Officers, Bankers and the failures of Regulatory agencies such as the FBI, Homeland Security and the US Federal Reserve, to uphold the law and investigate clear abuse. Obama’s “Vote for Change” platform means vast wealth for Obama.

Since our last report, #15, this information has become available.   Obama has determined to start operating his own high yield plan with a portion of the funds stolen from Falcone.   Obama now has five hundred million dollars ($500,000,000) with Josef Ackermann, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, of Deutsche Bank.   Obama indicated he is not paying his previous associates, the Bush Family, from his new plan, but obviously Josef Ackermann feels that Bush Senior deserves a broker’s fee, finder’s fee or payoff from the profits.   The majority of the profits are being sent to Obama’s benefit at HSBC with a lesser amount being sent to Barclay Bank.

To Patriotic Americans and our good readers worldwide.

It’s Wednesday evening and despite all other promises and “disclosures”, the Texas and DC crowd still continue on in their immoral way.

It was presented yesterday (Tuesday) to a large settlement Payee that George Soros, Harry Reid, and others wanted to get together from April 8th  thru the 11th to discuss breaking down the FED and establishing a new financial system without current bankers and the US currency.  That agent was told to “excuse himself.”

Today, much the same was presented calling it a Soros – Bretton Woods meeting in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.  It will be attended, they said, by as many as could be convinced  to go, including Mitt Romney, David Dewhurst and other Bush loyalists for the same reason as Tuesday’s presentation.

We had asked Bretton Woods directly about their participation but this meeting does not appear on their schedule.

All this activity has brought up many questions, some particularly mystifying about there being desires by Reid, Obama, the Bushes, and some others to not distribute some of the larger settlements overdue because “receiving” the taxes before the 18th of April, or between July 1st and July 8th, would not serve the purpose well in dismantling the present financial system and to come back with a Soros designed and initiated financial system.

Readers, our question to you is: “Why would anyone want to elect a Romney, a Dewhurst, an Obama or anyone else who wants to dismantle America rather than fix it?”

Soros – Bretton Woods Conference

George Soros is holding his international conference this weekend, April 8th to April 11th at Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.  Of the many who were invited none of the true US and World Financial Experts will be attending.    Bretton Woods is the historic site of the 1944 conference, which established the post-World War II international financial system.   Soros is spending $50 million dollars at Bretton Woods to bring together up to 200 academic, business and government policy leaders (some from outside the US) to introduce to his Institute for New Economic Thinking (INET).  This meeting was not recognized by the original Bretton Woods Council.  Soros’ goal in association with a concurrent meeting of the Tri-Lateral Commission, in DC this weekend, is to dismantle our economy, dismiss the head of our current banks and create a new global financial system sabotaging our US currency.

The attendees at this conference include three members of the Rothschild family along with their primary banker, four members of the British parliament, Paul Volcker, Harry Reid, Mitt Romney, David Dewhurst, former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, and some World Bank executives.

Since we last reported to you on May 13th, 2011, plenty has happened and not to the benefit of any of the Global Settlement payees or any citizen of the United States of America or the International Community, for that matter.

Although the hard dollars to fund the Global Settlements have been ready and available to pay the settlements for the last 18 months, the political machine controlled by the Bush family has been used to hinder the processing of the payments. Why? Well, it seems the Global Settlements team are extremely determined, single minded, focused and on task besides being “tough cookies”… and they are very familiar with the political systems of America and the mechanics of those systems … understanding how the Washington, D.C. beltway works and flows. Seemingly, the Global Settlement team is also well versed in the world political arena as well.

How do we know … follow the next bullet points:

While the Settlement team continued to work for the final release around May 26th considerable evidence appeared to suggest the following persons were directly responsible for commandeering a portion of the funds transferred to JPMorgan by Citibank. The consequences for those actions are still being considered and cannot be disclosed at this time. This information was subsequently communicated to the G8 and G20 members directly. Ouch!

As of Thursday last week, in Paris, all the G8 members signed off again on all World Global Settlement agreements. The G8 issued a directive to Obama to distribute the funds post haste and that they would not accept any further excuses for the lack of distribution of the Global Settlement funds. Over this past holiday weekend, the French Comptroller of the Currency was directed to continue operations throughout the weekend to complete any and all documents required to distribute the Global Settlements. In fact, we have verified the French team has completed and/or resolved all issues which may have been detrimental to the completion of the Global Settlements. All liens, encumbrances, and roadblocks were removed so the Global Settlements could proceed.As of this past Wednesday, all applicable funds were independently confirmed to be in a position for release. The release was re-scheduled and subsequently, stopped by the people in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. To everyone’s amazement, one of our illustrious Congressman believed he should get some of the money. His reasoning was “if that much money was going to be paid, then he deserved to receive a ‘pay order’ ”, meaning the graft payment he believed he was entitled to, above and beyond his lifelong salary and his benefits package while working for working for his Constituents. The demand was relayed to the Global Settlement team within 30 minutes. This party was detained and the process of prosecution is continuing. We say, “One less problem to deal with.”

It is interesting to note the G8/20 Members, having attended numerous G8/20 events, starting with Toronto, Canada, has received so many untruths they now do not believe a word that is derived from any statement our President or Vice President says, nor do they trust any action, official or not, that either of them offers. We have been informed once again that Obama has flipped and flopped on the World Global Settlements.

Since our White Hats Report # 16 wherein we explain that President Obama had moved the funds from the Vatican Bank into a trading program with Josef Ackermann at Deutsche Bank, his trading profits have far exceeded 3 Billion Dollars according to Falcone’s investigators.  At the present time, Obama has closed out his accounts at Deutsche Bank and is no longer trading directly with Josef Ackermann.   It is still possible that Josef Ackermann may be assisting Obama with movement of his funds into other European banks in an attempt to obscure their relationship.

We have been told that this latest series of moves by Obama is a reaction to the White Hat Reports and all of the ongoing investigations he is and is not, aware of.   Although Obama still retains his accounts at HSBC and Barclay Bank, it appears that Obama is now trying to hide his funds by moving them into accounts in Central America and Asia.   As we previously reported, Price Waterhouse Coopers has put Barclay Bank on notice for the mismanaged and handling of Falcone’s stolen funds and also for hiding these funds for the CIA. Investigators will continue to watch the movement of these illegal funds as evidence for future Impeachment and legal proceedings against Obama.

It doesn’t take a genius to talk knowledgeably of Obama’s greed and narcissism in destroying America.  Obama’s only goal is to fatten his bank accounts at the expense of the US citizens, US Constitution and America.  From a forensic psychology standpoint, Obama feels entitled by his actions and is using the Office of the President to destroy America while taking billions of dollars out of the United States for his personal gain.

This evening, Obama informed the World Court that as long as he was President of the US, he would not sign off on the Global Settlements. As evidenced by Bonney’s letter referenced and cited in WH report #23, the income taxes paid to the US from a few GS recipients would almost pay off the national deficit and with tax revenues generated from other recipients involved collaterally in the Global Settlements, the US government would experience a surplus.  And publicly the debate rages over whether the US needs to raise the debt ceiling when the solution is being ignored by Obama. With impeachment proceedings on the horizon, could criminal charges for tax evasion be far behind?

The entire world is on pins and needles watching the pending close of the World Global Settlements tomorrow which triggers the Revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar and about 100 other countries at the same time. Obama got another burr in his mental craw and told the World Court he has absolutely no intention of releasing the World Global Settlements while he is in office.

We have spoken to some of his closest confidants and staffers within his inner circle.  They are all very concerned about his overall mental stability.  His own staff is attempting to move away from him because they don’t want to be involved with his rapidly enlarging personal ego, the power that he wields as the President and his deteriorating capacity to separate his personal vengeance towards his political enemies from the duties of the Office of the President. With the upcoming election next year, they want to distance themselves from his disastrously failing Administration as soon as possible

Obama knows his days are seriously numbered and the House of Representatives is speeding towards impeachment (they have the required votes already in hand) after his television folly this week regarding the Debt Ceiling.

What we have also been told is that ALL Obama cares about, if he is going to be impeached, is his bank account.  His bank account?  Really?

Early this week Obama made a phone call and gave the order to settle with Ed Falcone.  That’s the financial fraud situation we have talked about where Bush Sr., Romney, Herzog and their gang of associates stole Falcone’s 700 million dollars.  This is the situation were the Federal Bureau of Investigation have buried Falcone’s complaints in the “Bush-directed-us-to-ignore-this” file.  Well, apparently our reporting of this matter is not only accurate but has uncomfortably exposed our former leaders as it was directed by Bush Sr to Obama to pay him off to get him out of their hair.

Obama travels to Chicago for his Birthday bash/fundraiser and in the middle of the bash gets a call from William Jefferson Clinton who has managed to make his way to the United States Treasury in Washington D.C.  While at the Treasury, Clinton orders a conference call with George W. Bush, Timothy Geithner and our President Barrack Obama, who’s in Chicago.

Clinton wanted to have the Iraqi Dinar revalue sooner than later, so he negotiated a deal wherein if Obama would order the Iraqi Dinar revaluation sooner, he would arrange for the immediate wire transfer of the first payment of the Settlements to a bank in Guatemala, which then would immediately be wire transferred to a bank in Chicago for use in a High Yield Trading Program for the benefits of the Bushes, Geithner and Obama, and his now famous offshore bank accounts.  So, with the deal agreed to the following occurred.

The order was processed by Geithner, using his position as Secretary of the Treasury, and the US Treasury facilities to move 30 Billion Dollars, using new US Dollars printed in England.  The movement of this money was approved and coordinated by the Connecticut Trustee, Paul Sagae, a long time associate of Bush Sr. and Jamie Dimon of JPMorgan Chase under the disguise of paying Ed Falcone immediately, but this is not what happened.

The order and instructions went through The Vatican Bank, but Jamie Dimon routed the 30 Billion Dollars through Central America (Guatemala) and arrived in the United States mid week in CitiBank, Chicago.   At this time they put the funds into a high yield trading program utilizing the accounts “tear sheet” to commence the trading program.  Not so amazingly, Obama was once again in position to handle the transaction when the funds arrived in Chicago.  Under the disguise of paying Falcone, they cleverly diverted 30 Billion Dollars from the US Treasury and stole from each American citizen for their own greedy personal gain.   The details at this time are continuing to be investigated.

The proper worldwide authorities are handling matters here in the United States as our own federal policing authorities and justice departments have been rendered globally impotent to investigate and litigate these matters without the retribution of extreme professional and personal harm from others in the Cabal’s Great American rip-off game.

In other news, to the shock and alarm of Falcone’s investigators, as of today they have tabulated Obama’s foreign accounts already reported to be in excess of 10 Billion Dollars including new bank accounts in Sao Paulo and Brasilia, Brazil.  They are still not finished tabulating, investigating and do not know yet where all these funds were derived from. Not bad for two (2) years in the Presidency making a $425,000 salary as a Government employee.

THE TROPOS AFFAIR:  The Theft & Demise of America

For many months The White Hats have been reporting on numerous aspects of how America has been ripped off by its former and current leaders.  Readers have been informed of how it has occurred and how it continues to occur … in some cases, in real time as it is happening.

With each and every report we are slowly starting to reach more of a readership worldwide.  Our reports are being taken very seriously and the tough questions are starting to be asked of our current leaders on all levels from “the inside”.  In many cases, most of us have been directly lied to in a way that took us off the track temporarily … for us the process is complex to take the perpetrators down.    What isn’t complex is what our fellow Americans and numerous others in the world are asking.  It’s not a complex question and the answer is really very simple:

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?

What the people of the World should know is that everything on earth is completed by the hand of a person, a “fingerprint” that is traceable to the originator.  In our case, not only do we have the originators of the concept but the actual thieves, the leaders condoning and underwriting the theft, the bankers and the offenders at the Federal Reserve and other related agencies.  We also have the people that have profited from the theft of the money AND to this day controlling the enterprise.  More simply put, we have FOLLOWED THE MONEY to many interesting and unbelievable places!

One of the situations we have reported on is Tropos.  Tropos and their lawyers, having a combined superior understanding of the banking industry with all of the rules set up by the very people that have stolen the funds, have the answers.  Tropos, and others associated with them, have documented their position thoroughly with additional correspondence to the following individuals:

After the elections, a proposal to resolve this matter was provided to Mr. Tony Podesta (brother of Mr. John Podesta, who headed the Obama-Biden transition team).  There was a flurry of action and a true desire to resolve this matter, but the parties were advised they would have to wait until the new Obama administration was fully seated and a new Administration was in control.

Vice President Joseph Biden was requested to handle the affair by Obama and significant named private parties.  He made promises.  Then, he was paid off and he went silent.  He accepted money placed in foreign offshore bank accounts for his sole financial benefit to ignore and keep quiet on the Tropos matter.  Let’s understand that this is the second most important leader in the free world elected to uphold the Constitution of the United States.  Now, he is involved with a conspiracy by his participation in the cover up.  Is this Treason … not so humorously, not one agency in the United States is willing to confront the issue even with all of the files we maintain.  The same goes for Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner.  Geithner is the very person who personally directed the theft of the funds as the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
