With the theory of OWL being the lance system, I tried to imagine what a rod shot down to the earth would look like. It would glow and it would look similar to a meteor speeding to earth but wouldn't dissipate in the air, would cause tremors after impact. This is too heavy to be Zuma, would have to have been disguised as a recon satellite on one of the Delta-IV heavy flights in the past. I prefer your perspective. The Book of Revelation is something we're trying to navigate thru; it is a minefield. The ZUMA orbiter was seen in its first orbit, so its unlikely it was immediately deorbited before any on-board problem could be resolved by ground controllers.

Its in a 51 degree inclination and at 900KM altitude which indicates wide area coverage, but not for optical surveillance.
