With the theory of OWL being the lance system, I tried to imagine what a rod shot down to the earth would look like. It would glow and it would look similar to a meteor speeding to earth but wouldn't dissipate in the air, would cause tremors after impact. Silent apart from atmosphere disruption sounds, If the lance was tipped I'd imagine it would be able to bunker bust also, deep underground bases and all. This is too heavy to be Zuma, would have to have been disguised as a recon satellite on one of the Delta-IV heavy flights in the past.
