Thanks for making this OP. It's good place to start talking about deep state players and their connections in Northern Ireland, who in Stormont currently is paid off/complacent. I've got some ideas on what might be good for people to start digging into, specifically with the Clinton's links to the nationalist side of the divide and Hillary's new post in Queens.
Hillary Clinton Accepts New Post At Queens University, Belfast
I am sure anyone that's from Northern Ireland has heard the news that Hillary Clinton has accepted the ceremonial role as chancellor of Queens University. This new role will see her in the country for Graduation ceremonies, other ceremonies when they pop up and will see her take the role of being an ambassador of the university abroad.
One question that really hasn't been answered is WHY?
The news of her appointment came to the surprise to most, she was at this point still flirting with the idea of throwing her hat into the 2020 race and taking up a job in any university seemed to be an unexpected turn, especially one in Northern Ireland of all places. No one could reason her logic, but then a few anons pointed out the extradition laws between the UK and US.
"Article 4(3) requires that, notwithstanding the terms of
paragraph 2, extradition shall not be granted if the competent
authority of the Requested State determines that the request is
politically motivated. In the United States, the executive
branch is the competent authority for the purposes of the
Article. Under the 1985 supplementary treaty, the judicial
branch has the authority to consider whether an extradition
request is motivated by a desire to punish the person sought on
account of race, religion, nationality, or political opinions,
or if the person sought would be subject to unfair treatment in
UK courts or prisons after extradition. Like all other modern
extradition treaties, the new Treaty grants the executive
branch rather than the judiciary the authority to determine
whether a request is politically motivated.
Article 4(4) provides that the competent authority of the
Requested State may also refuse extradition for offenses under
military law that are not offenses under ordinary criminal law
(e.g., desertion). In the United States, the executive branch
is the competent authority for the purposes of the Article."

The key word in that clause is __REQUESTED STATE_. It won't be West Minister that will be deciding on the lawfulness of a hypothetical extradition. It will be Stomont. Anons spelt it out pretty well:
"HRC’s acceptance to be the chancellor at Queen's University in Northern Ireland is intended to protect her from being extradited to the US to face her upcoming criminal charges. The European Arrest Warrant that would normally be used to capture and extradite an American citizen from Northern Ireland will end with Brexit. The only governing law pertaining to the Clintons will be the US-Britain Extradition Act of 2003 which contains a provision declaring that "extradition shall not be granted if the competent authority of the Requested State determines that the request is politically motivated." The Clintons plan to use this to keep Trump from extraditing them"
So in this hypothetical situation, Stormont will have the decision to choose if Clinton would be extradited to the US if a warrant was placed for her arrest and she claimed asylum in Northern Ireland. Now it makes a little bit more sense why she'd take up the job in Queens. One thing still stands is if all this was to happen and Clinton had to be extradited, who'd vote to defy Trump's administration? Who in Northern Ireland is VOCALLY against Trump's administration and who has connections to the Clintons?
