Since there is so much data coming in about Napa and it's connection to various things I believe it would be smart to start an individual thread for it so we can have an easier time piecing it all together. I will start looking and add the Napa digs that anons have pieced together but they are spread throughout numerous breads so it would probably be easier if the authors just added them here so I don't miss any of them.

At this point we have various connections including Zinfandel Lane which contained both a house which was busted by the FBI for sex trafficking (BackPage) and also NP's home very close. Along with that it is the only city in the nation that did not cancel the the Women's March. Ironically it was led by NP's daughter along with the local Women's March chair named Irit Weir who… coincidentally… owns "Hagafen Cellars" which was a regular at the White House under the Obama and Clinton administrations.

Anons have also discovered a lot of information on various digs about complaints, trafficking and so on. Let's consolidate them here.

I will add this post again with all the links added to make it easier for anons to follow and verify. NapaAnon back. Something that may be of great interest to you diggers. The country recently saw a mass stepping away from the Women's March event. Nearly every city in the nation cancelled except one - Napa. Now this is where it gets even more interesting.

Napa Women's March Chair is a woman named Irit Weir who is the owner of Hagafen Cellars. Interestingly they were mainstays at the White House during the Clinton and Obama years and their winery was brought in to host parties and events. On top of that NP's daughter led the Napa Women's March and has direct connection with Weir.

So we have Women's March, NP daughter (who is the CA DNC Chair as well), winery owner Irit Weir as the local Women's March chair who also is directly connected to the Clinton/Obama White Houses and hosted events at the winery and the WH itself.

Good bread. Info is getting lost, better to consolidate. I believe this is a massive dig.

I had just started looking some moar and right away got another hit.

Same plot that Quintessa is on. Same vicinity as the Hall's places.(They also have a security guard service in the same area) Pic 1.

The one I currently just found is none other than Francis Ford Coppola, best known as the six-time Oscar-winning director, writer, and producer of such epic films as the Godfather trilogy and Apocalypse Now.

Inglenook winery. So here's a big time Hollywood Director/Producer right in the same area as these people.

I don't even want to know what goes on at the Upper Valley disposal & recycling place, conveniently located in the same area as well.

If You Want To Share A Good Glass Of ‘Blood Red’ With Baroness Philippine de Rothschild, Opus One Winery In The Napa Valley Is The Place To Go.

A California researcher has located another Bohemian Grove, providing a guided tour of a devil worshipping compound fronting as a vineyard. The logo of Opus One is the two-headed Janus or the spirit who divides, the symbol being an important part of Illuminati mind control. (Scroll down to the article by Greg Szymanski)

Opus One is a partnership founded by Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Chateau mouton Rothschild in Pauillac, France, and renowned Napa Valley vintner, Robert Mondavi.

California's Robert Mondavi Winery is employing the services of globetrotting wine consultant Michel Rolland to beef up its Merlot program.

Michel Rolland joined the team as their consultant in 2010.

Quintessa Faust, which made its debut in 2002 is designed as their second wine. The wine is made from a combination of young vines, declassified lots of Quintessa and purchased grapes. The majority of Faust comes from the purchased fruit.

And of course Michel Rolland has been a great influence on me, pushing me always to improve things in the vineyard and winery. He has become a great friend and mentor, and we work well together.

Aug 19, 2016 - According to event details obtained by The Citizen, Deacon, D-Syracuse, will attend a lunch and wine pairing Saturday at Quintessa Winery, a lavish estate in California's Napa Valley owned by Valeria and Agustin Huneeus.

Agustin and Valeria Huneeus have given thousands of dollars to Democratic candidates and larger sums to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, the House Democrats' campaign arm.

Chris Pack, a spokesman for the National Republican Congressional Committee, said Deacon's attendance at the event is another example of her connection to House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi. Pelosi, whose district is in California, is also scheduled to appear at the event.

Constellation, based out of Victor NY in the Finger Lakes region. With the Mondavi purchase, became part owner of Opus One with Rothschild. Also bought The Prisoner wine brand from Huneeus/Quintessa in 2016.

https://www.sfgate.com/wine/article/Sale-of-Napa-s-Prisoner-signals-change-in-wine-7232930.php

Beverage giant Constellation Brands has announced that it will purchase Napa Valley’s Prisoner Wine Co. for approximately $285 million. The Prisoner Wine Co., currently owned by Rutherford’s Huneeus Vintners, includes five wine brands,

“Constellation is trying to do the same thing that Gallo’s trying to do — buying up fine wine companies and higher-priced wines,” said Rob McMillan, executive vice president of Silicon Valley Bank’s wine division.

Other Constellation bottles are also probably familiar to the public: Robert Mondavi Winery, Cook’s, Manischewitz, Clos du Bois. It’s also a major player in the beer and spirits realms, owning beer brands including Corona and Modelo, and spirits including Svedka vodka.

The company first went west in 1974 when it acquired Bisceglia Brothers Winery in Madera. Though the focus remained on wine for many years, Canandaigua truly solidified its presence in beer and spirits with the 1993 acquisition of Barton Inc. — which brought beer brands Corona, Peroni and St. Pauli Girl, plus Ten High Bourbon whiskey, Montezuma Tequila and California sparkling wine pioneer Paul Masson. In 2000, Canandaigua was rechristened as Constellation Brands.

Today, with behemoth brands like Svedka, Modelo and Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, one could almost imagine an entire bar stocked with Constellation products. It has more than 100 brands and owns 20,000 acres of vineyards. It sells 67 million cases of wine and spirits every year, and 182 million cases of beer.

The brand The Prisoner Wine Co. has a permanent home – the renovated old Franciscan winery on Highway 29 near St. Helena.

Constellation Brands plans in early November to open the doors of The Prisoner’s new house, two years after the New York State-based public company purchased the label from Napa-based Huneeus Vintners for $286 million.

The renovated winery, which features a fireplace filled with metal balls and chains in its tasting room, is the former home of the Franciscan brand. Renovations started about a year ago.

Winemaker Chrissy Wittman said all The Prisoner wines will be produced at the winery on Galleron Road. (Has to be close to Kate Spade's place).

Any of you other NapaAnons hear about the ex Air Force guy who has been uniting the party all over the state and is from town? I don't want to post the name as I am not even supposed to know but heard it from my parents who heard it from someone on the county supervisor board but it is making its rounds around town that there is an ex air force vet who rumor goes worked for the government after the air force but he is like 40 so he came before my time and I havent met him but if any of you know him would you confirm if he really has created some big state wide consensus in the republican party because if that is true I want to know how I can get in with him. If this Napa stuff we are going over here is what it seems to be we will need someone to expose it and if he is really doing what the rumors around town are saying then I think he is the best option. For other townies, his name starts with a C if that helps you but I just dont want to type rumor out considering the eyes that watch these posts.

The Eerie Similarities Between the Deaths of Kate Spade, Alexander McQueen and L’Wren Scott

In 2010, Alexander McQueen was found dead by hanging. Four years later, L’Wren Scott was found dead by hanging. Four years later, Kate Spade was found dead by hanging. There is a bizarre pattern happening here involving some of the world’s most successful and most influential fashion creators.

All three designers had ties with the world elite and all three lost their lives in similar circumstances. One cannot ignore the grim symbolism associated with these deaths: McQueen was found inside his wardrobe (wear clothes are stored) while Scott and Spade were found hanging from scarves (a fashion accessory). Is there a message being sent here? Coming from an industry that is bent on death culture, dark rituals and occult symbolism, it wouldn’t be surprising.

EX-ROTHSCHILD FOUND HANGING FROM DOORKNOB

49-year-old Annabelle Neilson's body was discovered hanging from a doorknob in the bathroom of her $4.1 million mansion on Thursday, but news of her sudden and tragic death has only just been made public. Police have yet to confirm the cause of her death, and haven't ruled out drug or alcohol use, but say they are "not treating it as suspicious.

Neilson was previously married to Nathaniel Rothschild - son of Lord Jacob Rothschild and heir to his family's fortune - for three years after a six-year relationship. After divorcing Rothschild she was reportedly forced to sign a confidentiality agreement and rescind the dynastic name.

Since splitting with the banking heir, she was in an extremely close relationship with fashion designer Alexander McQueen who also died in eerily similar circumstances to Neilson. McQueen's death was announced on the afternoon of 11 February 2010. In the morning, his housekeeper found him hanging from a doorknob at his home in Green Street, London W1.

Looked at the list of assets and Auberge Du Soleil jumped out. Here's what I found.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been having corporate executives and billionaires for private lobbying conferences at her Napa hotel Auberge Du Soleil. The gatherings in the past also included Obama's chief of staff David Axelrod. These corporate bosses invited by Pelosi have the opportunity to privately lobby the Democratic leader about more corporate tax breaks, subsidies and deals benefiting the profits of these multi-national companies while US workers are laid off due to outsourcing.

At the same time, Speaker Pelosi and her husband run 100% non union operations at their winery, hotel and Piatti restaurant chain yet they proclaim that they are pro-union. Additionally although Speaker Pelosi has said she wants to clean up the corrupt swamp of Congress representatives who use their positions to benefit themselves she is precisely doing the same thing by having these corporate executives come to her hotel. Is this duplicitous or what?

In two weeks, Nancy Pelosi and her husband, Paul, will host a two-day retreat at a Mediterranean-style inn in Napa Valley, just down the street from the legendary French Laundry restaurant. The guests, as in years past, will include some of her biggest benefactors and some of the most prominent names in corporate California; often they are one and the same.

Financier Bill Hambrecht, who helped Apple (AAPL) and Google (GOOG) go public, usually attends the annual conference, as do Charles Geschke, the co-founder of Adobe Systems (ADBE), and California commercial real estate developer George Marcus.

The retreat is part thank-you, part intellectual gabfest. Last year's theme was the economy; guests were briefed by White House adviser David Axelrod.

Nancy Pelosi’s socialist political views are exactly what have kept her elected in San Francisco, along with the flow of union campaign money. The staunch “union supporter” Pelosi has even received the Cesar Chavez Award from the United Farm Workers Union. But her $25 million Napa vineyards and winery, she and her husband own is a non-union shop.

The hypocrisy doesn’t stop there. Pelosi has received more money from the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees union than any other member of Congress in recent election cycles.

The multi-millionaire investors own a large stake in an exclusive resort hotel in Wine Country, the Napa Valley Auberge Du Soleil Resort. It has more than 250 employees. But none of them are in a union, according to Peter Schweizer, author of “Do As I Say, (Not As I Do) – Hypocrisy of Democrats” and a regular contributor to the New York Times.

Pelosi is also partners in a restaurant chain called Piatti, which has 900 employees. The chain is – you might have guessed — a non-union shop.

The 68-year-old Pelosi has spent more money on facelifts and cosmetic enhancements, and Armani suits than any self-centered, faded Hollywood star. But does Pelosi represent your 68-year-old grandma’s values?

Pelosi Says She’s a ‘Lioness’ When It Comes to Protecting Children Except Unborn Ones

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) . . . described herself as a “lioness” when it comes to protecting children. She was describing her attitude toward the plight of illegal immigrants invading our southern border.

Of course, her “lioness” ethic does not extend to children in the womb:

“Nancy Pelosi accepted Planned Parenthood’s highest honor – the Margaret Sanger Award – at their annual gala. Now, that’s enough to make most people’s blood boil.

“Sanger – the founder of Planned Parenthood – was a racist eugenicist who called African Americans, immigrants and the poor ‘human weeds,’ ‘reckless breeders,’ ‘spawning … human beings who never should have been born.’”

If Pelosi is a lioness about illegal immigrant children, then why doesn’t she put up some of these children in her home? Nancy Pelosi and her husband are multimillionaires. They own Napa vineyards and a winery worth more than $25 million. She could put these illegals to work. Isn’t this what amnesty all about? Cheap employment.

Pelosi has large financial holding in the Auberge du Soleil in Napa, Calif., and the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, Calif. Both of these resorts are very upscale, with rooms ranging from $525-$3,750 a night. They employ over 250 individuals, but neither allows employees to unionize.

Pelosi hires different firms to harvest the grapes from her vineyard each year. However, each firm neglected to be a part of the United Farm Workers.

The UFW is the very program Cesar Chavez formed to protect migrant workers from being exploited by vineyard owners, like Pelosi.

The grapes from Pelosi’s vineyard have gone to many non-union wineries such as Liparia Cellars, Roche, Ravenswood Winery and the Charlore Wine Group.

First Look: Political fixer's Wine Country estate hits market for $12.4 million

Sonoma County-based developer Darius Anderson is looking to sell his 76-acre, 6-bedroom, two-residence estate in Kenwood for $12.4 million.

The property, known as the Kenwood Ranch, at 10420-10440 White Fang Glen — complete with paved roads, an 8-acre vineyard, a baseball diamond and sculpture gardens by Burning Man artist Bryan Tedrick — first went on the market in the middle of last year for $15.6 million. The ranch came out unscathed from the wildfires that barreled through nearby towns and vineyards alike in 2017.

Anderson, CEO of Kenwood Investments and lobbying firm Platinum Advisors, whose client list has included PG&E, Tesla and AT&T, has now slashed the price by $3.2 million for the entire ranch, with the option to buy one of three already divided parcels individually.

Graton Expectations

How lobbyist and media investor Darius Anderson and a senator’s son gambled and lost their bid for a big casino payday.

Sonoma County resident Darius Anderson is one of California’s most powerful men. For decades he has advised and raised campaign funds for prominent state Democrats, including Willie L. Brown, Nancy Pelosi, Jerry Brown, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Gavin Newsom and Kamala Harris.

Anderson’s Sacramento lobbying firm, Platinum Advisors, advertises that it generates “billions of dollars in work for our clients” by navigating their deals through mazes of government bureaucracy. Anderson’s Kenwood Investments is developing Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay, in partnership with public and private entities.

But one deal Anderson tried to navigate more than a decade ago ended with a finding of fraud directed at another investment company owned by Anderson, Kenwood No. 2.

Anderson, 53, is the managing member and chairman of Sonoma Media Investments, which owns the Press Democrat and its affiliate publications. He promotes himself as a champion of liberal social causes, a philanthropist, a public servant, a man of integrity who cares about his community—especially racial minorities. That image has not survived judicial scrutiny.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi moves in a rarefied world of high society and high-level politics - and nothing underscores that fact quite like her plans for the August recess.

Pelosi will spend next weekend quietly tending to top party donors and political allies at a series of private events in Northern California.

The two-day "issues conference" starts next Friday night with a dinner for roughly 170 guests on the back lawn of Pelosi's multimillion-dollar home in the fashionable Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Francisco.

The following day, Pelosi will shepherd her guests to a Napa Valley winery with buildings designed by world-famous architect Frank Gehry; the speaker and her husband, investor Paul Pelosi, own a nearby vineyard worth between $5 million and $25 million, according to her annual financial disclosure report.

Ex-FEMA head named to lead Wine Country fire rebuilding effort

James Lee Witt, a former national director of FEMA, was named executive director Wednesday of the most prominent nonprofit agency helping businesses and residents recover from the Wine Country fires.

Witt, who ran the Federal Emergency Management Agency under President Bill Clinton, said his focus as head of Rebuild North Bay will be on squeezing federal, state and local dollars to their last penny so that everybody can “build back better and safer, and build back with more resiliency than ever before.”

A group of North Bay politicians and business leaders formed the nonprofit shortly after the fires broke out Oct. 8 and devastated more than 300 square miles of wildland and neighborhoods, particularly in Santa Rosa and the famed Napa region wine corridors. The formation effort is being led by Darius Anderson, a local political strategist and philanthropist who co-owns the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.

National Exclusive: Former Sen. Barbara Boxer’s Son and California Powerbroker Found Bilking Indian Tribe

Judges Find Breach of Contract and Trust

Darius Anderson is one of California’s most powerful men. He promotes himself as a champion of liberal social causes, a philanthropist, a public servant, a man of integrity who cares about his community—especially racial minorities.

That image has not survived judicial scrutiny. A panel of arbitration judges has found that a company controlled by Anderson and his partner, Douglas Boxer, the son of former Senator Barbara Boxer, defrauded its Native American clients in a Bay Area casino deal. The partners convinced the Federated Indians of the Graton Rancheria to buy undevelopable swamp land in which they themselves held a large interest. They then made a secret deal with a Las Vegas gambling corporation in which they benefited at the Graton tribe’s expense.

For decades Anderson has advised and raised campaign funds for prominent state Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi, leader of the Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives, and Jerry Brown, governor of the west coast state.

Another of his high-profile clients is Barbara Boxer, the longtime U.S. senator from California who retired in 2017. Her son Douglas partnered with Anderson in what judges found to be acts of fraud and deception against the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria that began after Sen. Boxer pushed through legislation restoring the tribe’s sovereignty and granting it the right to run a casino.

His brother Kirk Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer of CannaCraft, a large marijuana corporation. He founded the group Restore North Bay after last years fires and hired Susan Gorin’s former aid Jennifer Gray as its executive director. Rubio Rips Pelosi for Slipping Abortion Funding into Bill to End Shutdown

Rubio was incensed that the first act of newly inaugurated Speaker Pelosi, a career politician who hails from San Francisco, was to insert taxpayer-funded abortion language into a bill that would otherwise end the current government shutdown.

Pelosi’s sleight of hand included an attempt to overturn the Trump administration’s “Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance” policy, which bans the U.S. government from funding of abortions internationally.

Pelosi’s insertion into government funding bill also would add $5 million to the United Nations Population Fund, to which the U.S. already contributes $32.5 million annually.

LifeNews, a pro-life media outlet, reported that Pelosi is trying to restore $100 million that President Trump took away from Planned Parenthood when he administratively defunded taxpayer-supported worldwide abortions during his first week in office.

LittleSis: Cuomo Donors Poised to Profit from Legalized Marijuana

In his State of the State speech unveiling his 2019 priorities, newly re-elected New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his intent to legalize cannabis for adult consumers and “develop an industry that empowers poor communities, not rich corporations” (emphasis in the original) less than two years after saying he does not support legalization and calling cannabis a “gateway drug.”

Richard and Robert Sands and Constellation Brands

Some of Cuomo’s biggest donors are Richard and Robert Sands, the owners of Constellation Brands, one of the largest beer, wine, and liquor distributors in the world. Constellation Brands recently expanded its portfolio to cannabis, acquiring a 9.9% stake in Canopy Growth, a Canadian marijuana and hemp producer in October 2017, which it then increased to 38% in August 2018, just after the New York State Department of Health released its study of the impacts of legalization.

Sonoma County not a stranger to human trafficking

According to the Sonoma County Gazette, 43 percent of human trafficking in California takes place in the Bay Area. With this large and surprising statistic, young people are at a high risk, especially college students.

Human trafficking is a prevalent epidemic in Sonoma County, as well as in many college towns around the world. Since students often struggle with financial issues, this makes them the perfect target for traffickers to lure them into their dangerous traps. Knowing the warning signs of trafficking and what to avoid can be a lifesaver for many young men and women who could be vulnerable.

California's New Generation: Agustin Huneeus Jr.

When Agustin Sr. and partners sold the company to Constellation in 1999, Agustin Jr. stayed onboard and expanded his father's legacy, but he's savvy enough to know that people still whisper a certain word: nepotism. That's enough to keep an edge on any 36-year-old.

As chief executive of Constellation Brands' fine-wine division, he is running one of the largest wine companies in the country, producing 2 million cases annually with brands like Simi, Ravenswood, Franciscan and Chile's Veramonte, which had combined gross revenues of $185 million last year. You also have to consider that "Jr." attached to his name. His father, Agustin Huneeus Sr., built Concha y Toro into Chile's largest winery, and in California created a small empire around Franciscan Winery.

That blend of youthful energy and business acumen is what appealed to Richard Sands, CEO of Constellation Brands. "He has energy and passion, and he thinks outside the box," Sands says. "As far as nepotism, that has never been a concern of mine. My father put me in charge of this business when I was 32."

Okay, so here's a connection between Constellation (Richard & Robert Sands), Huneeus Jr. & Sr. and Rothschilds

Surprise Rothschild bid for Napa winery / Three partners would produce a new luxury brand.

If the joint venture is finalized, each of the new company's three partners – Chalone and Lafite Rothschild owner Domaines Barons de Rothschild (DBR); Constellation Wines, a division of Constellation Brands of Fairport, N.Y.; and Huneeus Vintners, owner of Quintessa Estate in St. Helena – will contribute assets, share a sales force and split profits from the new company.

The joint venture, which has not been named, will be run by Agustin Francisco Huneeus, who is part of a powerful Chilean winemaking family led by his father, Agustin Huneeus. The elder Huneeus and his wife Valeria own the 10, 000-case, $100-per-bottle Quintessa brand.

Constellation will contribute $54 million in cash, plus a 280-acre vineyard in Oakville valued at $27.2 million, to the joint venture. The Huneeus family will offer net assets of $68 million – the Quintessa winery, vineyard and brand, minus Quintessa's debt. DBR will offer its Chalone shares, worth $51.4 million, plus an additional $10 million in cash.

Another big source of contributions was employees of the law and lobbying firm Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld, which represents interests ranging from Arizona Indian tribes to the Pacific Gas and Electric Co.

And from 2002, Ernest Gallo personally calling Congressmen to get them to vote for NP instead on Steny Hoyer for Whip.

Ernest Gallo, the wealthy California vintner, wanted to talk to him. Dooley, a loyal member of the Congressional Wine Caucus, had never heard from Gallo in his life. He picked up the phone and dialed.

"I'm just calling to encourage you to support Nancy Pelosi for whip," Gallo said to Dooley's surprise. Pelosi, the liberal 61-year-old who represents San Francisco in the House of Representatives, was running hard for the second-highest Democratic leadership position in the House. The job is a real insider post, involved as much in mediating disputes over committee assignments and lining up votes as it is with setting grand policy. But here was Gallo telling Dooley: "It's important for California."

"Joseph Gallo was an immigrant from Piedmont in Italy who established an illegal winemaking and distribution network during prohibition. Joseph was unscrupulous, but he was also a wine pioneer."

During communion- you're given the wafer- it represents the body.

You're given the 'wine' (but it's grape juice!). The wine represents the BLOOD

Odd that Joe Gallo was doing well just months after "the stock market crash and plummeting grape prices"?

Odd that Joe Gallo killed himself & his wife over "financial reverses" and still had "Transamerica stock and substantial cash assets"?

Because of the stock market crash and plummeting grape prices in October, 1929, the Prohibition administration had removed the 200-gallon limit on home storage. Growers were allowed to salvage their harvest by crushing grapes into "juice," a euphemism for wine in those days.

IN THE WINTER OF 1929, JOE GALLO WAS DOING WELL ENOUGH TO BUY the 160-acre vineyard across from his Modesto home for $25,000. He and Susie had also bought more than 2,000 shares of Transamerica stock.

The Fresno deputy coroner conducted a brief inquest that same afternoon. Ernest was the only Gallo son to testify. When asked if he knew a motive for the shooting, he tersely replied: "Possible financial reverses." Questions about why there was no suicide note, why someone supposedly financially strapped would leave a check in his mailbox to pay his tax bill in advance and within hours of his suicide were not asked.

The deputy coroner returned a verdict of murder-suicide. From that day forward, the family rarely discussed the tragedy and only obliquely referred to it as "the troubles" or "the accident." The mystery of how and why Joe and Susie had died was buried with them.

While his two brothers mourned, Ernest maneuvered. The three brothers were to inherit equally according to Susie's will (Joe Sr. died intestate). Ernest was appointed executor of his father's intestate estate, which included property, vineyards, Transamerica stock and substantial cash assets.

>Fun fact: Bank of America was originally the Bank of Italy in San Francisco.

In October 1904, A.P. Giannini founded the Bank of Italy in San Francisco, which later became known as Bank of America. In 1928, Giannini put the banks into a holding company he named the Transamerica Corporation.

In 1972, the company completed construction of the Transamerica Pyramid skyscraper in San Francisco which served as its headquarters for many years. Although the company currently retains only a small presence in the building, the building is still depicted in the company's logo and marketing materials.

It was during his OSS service that Gigliotti went to work as secretary of the American Committee for Italian Democracy. Headed by fellow-mason, Judge Ferdinand Pecora (New Age 48: 54); they began “broadcasting shortwave to Italy, and for some time prior to the Badoglio armistice urged the Italian people to surrender and set up a democratic form of government,” reported the Lodi News-Sentinel, Oct 2, 1943.

The “Italo-American steering committee” pledged to work together despite past political differences. Named were quite the assemblage: Judge Felix Forte of Boston, national Grand Venerable of the Sons of Italy; Judge Eugene V. Alessandroni of Philadelphia, Grand Venerable of the Pennsylvania Sons of Italy; Generoso Pope, self-made millionaire, editor of Il Progresso Italo-Americano; Baltimore congressman Thomas D’Alesandro (Nancy Pelosi's father); prominent banker A.P. Giannini who founded the Bank of Italy in San Francisco (merged with Bank of America); John C. Montana of Buffalo, labor racketeer and underboss of the Magaddino crime family.

Given all this evidence, one final question:

Any truth to this claim?

Should we ask Nancy?
